Review Mcdonald's - Franklin

Worst McDonald’s in Massachusetts. I haven’t been back to this location in months due to poor quality. I was in a rush and driving by so I figured I would try again. The first burger was stale and so dry you needed to wash it down with a drink, the 2nd burger was soaked with a clear mystery liquid and the liquid was soaking the wrapper. I would avoid this location, they consistently have poor quality.

I have lost my app thousands of points on one email address and another email address another that was a couple thousand points between two addresses I don't know why this has happened I enjoyed it well it worked now I can't log in anymore no one can help me

I was traveling. I had heard McDonald's sells more coffee than Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks so I thought I'd try one. I had a Carmel Mocha that was amazing. The service was great. I forgot the cashiers name. She was great! Friendly and helpful. A very positive experience.

Not bad this good food and but that some far like 45 min very easy

I’ll start with the good. For once I really actually enjoyed my cheeseburger it was white tasty & the presentation was nice i.e. they’re usually made very sloppy & look like who ever made them did so with their eyes closed. I was pleasantly surprised when for once this was not the case. The girl who brought my food to the counter(which I had ordered and paid for online already) was incredibly polite, pleasant & professional. Now the bad. The shift manager on duty was at the front counter when I walked in , He then proceeded to turn his back to the counter as if he didn’t see me & make jokes over his headset one of which included A swear (The cuss word for a female dog). He then looked up a bit me twice turned around and walked away without even asking if I needed help or sending someone to help me. That’s when the girl who is already busy doing something else stopped what she was doing to come serve me and bring me my food I think her and was on my way. So while my visit wasn’t unpleasant in the food not horrible I was made to feel very uncomfortable by management. Honestly if it wasn’t for the shift manager ignoring me I would have given this visit five stars

It’s McDonalds not too much to report. Staff wasn’t the friendliest and they don’t automatically give napkins with your drive thru order unless you ask.

This McDonald's has recently been remodeled, and is state-of-the-art. I ordered and paid at one of the four touch screens. An employee came by when I first came in and asked if I needed any help, which I didn't. I took a numbered table marker, sat down in a comfy upholstered chair next to a window, and waited a couple minutes, and a server brought my food: an egg biscuit and bottled orange juice. The food was good, and I read my book while eating. Successful experience!

I thought this place was awesome! Our food was hot and the staff were very pollite. I know sometimes people don't get exactly what they ordered but sometimes that happens so relax and just ask for it the way you wanted. I was very impressed with the indoor playground! Very clean and safe for the kids. I definitely recommend this McDonald's! Thank you for the great service! Lorrie

Service at the Franklin Mass McDonald's was never great, but could have overlooked that thanks to its nice classic store look. Now they are changing it! Shame on you people! Very bad for your carbon footprint to remodel a perfectly good store for nothing!

It was was nice I did good. I got a mcdouble a mc chicken and fries and they were all on point.

I've always gone to McDonalds for breakfast, it is like a routine for me, but with taco bell and their new breakfast menu, idk if I'll be back to the golden arches, the waffle taco is screaming my name after having it this morning!!

Place was no good when it was open. Glad it's been closed!

I was very disappointed I ordered a blueberry muffin an as soon as I took a bite into it was mush uncooked ..so discussed

So I've always been a fan of McDonalds breakfasts since I was a little kid, the hot cakes were to die for..but I'm sorry to say that Taco Bell has stolen your control of breakfast in this area. Unless you guys can make something as extravagant as the AM Crunchwrap I'm pretty sure that you have some issues coming your way.

I usually go to McDonalds for breakfast twice a week but I tried Taco Bell's breakfast menu yesterday and it was phenomenal!!! I think I will change up my routine for where I get breakfast

Had an employee look over the bathroom stall while I was in the bathroom using it. Will never go here again. Felt so violated.

People like McDonald's just because they are always consistent.
