I’m stuck in the drive thru because the credit card machine doesn’t work. I would offer a free small drink to your customers who now have to wait for everyone else in front to get theirs. Poor customer service

Amazing staff that are very friendly and can take a joke. I appreciate how awesome they were and how helpful they were in helping me make a decision. The staff was just phenomenal and my drink was incredible it was a featured drink on the app a french caramel iced coffee with crunchy whatever it was but damn it was good and she even put in some expresso for me.
