They didn't have horchata like every other Mexican ice cream shop. I wanted vanilla ice cream bars and they even looked like the vanilla ones I buy at the Mexican convenience stores... got home and they were mango. They should atleast know the ice cream bars they are selling. I even spoke Spanish so it wasn't a language barrier

This place is awesome! Everything is made in house. Very family friendly and willing to let you try the different flavors. I had the coffee ice cream and it was delicious. They have a case of ice cream/popsicles that is truly eye candy. Please see the pictures to prove it. This place is worth your time to try it. I promise you will go back again.

Butter chocolate chip ice cream is gritty and cone was stale. Workers were nice but ice cream wasn't good.

We had such a great time discovering this place! Something for everyone whether you are familiar with the unique Hispanic/Latino flavors (we all loved the mantequilla y fresa) or prefer more US staples (their cookies and cream is delicious)

My fruit was rotten. The watermelon tasted gross. I had to throw away my whole fruit cup. They keep their fruit in the refrigerator for days! Customer Service is terrible! They do not even acknowledge that you are in the building. I will never go back there!

This ice cream shop is hidden gem. Never crazy busy, service is always great, the staff are wonderful and you can find some unique flavors you cannot find anywhere else. Today I had a corn ice cream milk shake. I wish I could explain how wonderful it was but you will have to try it out for yourself.

Closed a few minutes early. Which isn’t a big deal, I suppose. But my 3 year old and I rushed to make it there and arrived on time - only to find the shop keeper walking out with the lights off. He didn’t even speak to us. My son was so upset to not get his popsicle so we’re heading to Sweethaven in Westhaven!
