Mcdonald's

Staff is unprofessional and rude. I asked a for a minute to look at menu while in drive thru (but menu wasn’t on screen). I waited and when woman asked again if I knew to order I asked if they could refresh the screen to remove the order from person ahead of me and put menu back on screen. The woman’s response was “ma’am it’s not our problem it’s not there. Do you know what you want yet?” When I said no she then replied with “I’m only gonna give you another minute, you’re holding up the line.” I said “actually I’m not because the car in front of me hasn’t moved. I’ve worked as an Area Manager for a few years in the past and this is terrible customer service.” The 2 is only because it was fairly fast (as it should be). However, fries were undercooked.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae tonight, it was over filled and the lid wasn’t placed on correctly when I went to adjust it. The ice cream slammed into my cup holder and erupted all over my truck. I walked inside to get napkins so I could clean out my truck. The staff was more concerned on how I got in the dining room and less concerned with why. Thank you for nothing.

Took forever to place our order on the kiosk as we dont work there so trying to customize orders took forever. Most expensive mcdonalds I've ever been to. $50 for 3 kids meals and 2 adults. My chicken sandwich was all gristle and disgusting (they did replace). This was not a convenient stop while passing through town.

I went through the drive-thru and neither the person taking my money or the person giving me my food said a word to me. On top of that one of the cheeseburgers I received one of the patties was completely pink all the way through with just the outside being cooked probably the worst experience I've ever had.
