Had a craving for a jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Pulled up to the drive thru, no service. Tried again, nothing. Went inside, 15 min for food. Got home to eat and the fries were cold. Even allowing for travel time, cold. Not warm. Honestly though, I could see that they are struggling. They need people to work so that it's fast food, not just - food. It wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst. The food was good aside from fries and I am full. And side note, whomever did the landscaping there, wow. Always immaculant work. Best outside of any Wendy's I've ever seen.
We usually get everything we've ordered hot, fresh, and accurate. The staff is friendly and helpful, never making us feel rushed even when they are busy. This is our favorite Wendy's in the area, and I highly recommend it!
This place is always busy when I go but they are super personable and I always feel taken care of, not only as a customer but as a person. They are quick, have fast service, and still are as friendly and helpful as if I was their only customer even when the line is wrapped around the building.
Listen the line was long but the service was great. It is so easy to get overwhelmed and frustrated with the work load right now. And this drive thru guy was kind and patient and gave the car in front of me food reccomendations and opinions like he had all the time in the world. The spicy chicken is a favorite!
The African American manager( I'm a Brown person before anyone says anything) was running the front lobby and dining area. He had to make our fries and hamburger 🍔. Wendy's this is utter f×÷=$%^&&!! No one person should have that many job duties or maybe get him employees who can you know handle the pace. The drive thru was over 8 cars long...I can't imagine what he was going thru...It took the fry dropper more than 4 minutes to make 4 French fry orders. The food was great and I really love the grape sprite
