Food was great and fast, restaurant was clean, and the staff was not only friendly but actually HAPPY! One of the cooks was singing when I came in, and the manager who rang me up was comforting and warm. Strongly recommend. 😁

The orders were taking incorrectly but fixed quickly by the person who took our order. Cook argued with her when she asked to correct. The drink machine was low on carbonation and I was told even though it was flat, it wasn't ready to change it. The fish had a rubbery texture and tasted off, even the color was wrong.

I waited in line for about 20 minutes with absolutely no movement. When I finally made it up to the speaker to place my order I waited another 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I watched as two cars in front of me pulled forward. I said hello into the speaker. The person taking orders very rudely said “just hold on”. I left the line immediately and purchased lunch elsewhere. The person taking orders is in desperate need of training to deal with customers and busy times effectively.

Ordered online for 7:00 pm. Pulled up at 6:58. Order was handed fresh cooked, out the window exactly on-time. Food was perfectly cooked crisp and not reheated. Mac & cheese was awesome. Cole slaw crisp, fresh! Hush puppies crispy. Great job!!!!

I usually love Captain D’s fried shrimp but today we ordered $50 worth of shrimp dinners and im not even sure there was shrimp in there. I saw tails and fried batter but the shrimp were paper thin. It was pitiful. It looked like someone flattened the shrimp dipped it in batter and deep fried it. Called the store and was told you guys changed suppliers. Terrible dinner.

Always good food but this location has not had grilled items the last several times we have visited.

Waited in drive thru for 10 mins without it moving at all,inside store was closed,most businesses adapt and improve their drive thrus.sad to say this store has not,too bad i really like their fish

I had the grilled salmon and an extra piece of blackened tilapia on the grill salmon was like rubber and the tilapia the blackened tilapia taste like they cook the tilapia and then sprinkle the blackened seasoning on it after cooking both of them were horrible
