The workers there were rude taking the order. Their front door was locked without any notice outside with any details. When we went for the drive thru, the lady first said the ice creams were out, then when asked to repeat the order she had it on there. When asked to confirm she went mad and was frustrated. I had kids in the car and was coming back from a family event and were having a good time till then. The experience changed it around and went home thinking what went wrong. I know it's hard to get good people to work and hope the management does something to improve the experience.

This was our first visit here since we were traveling. This Baskin Robbins is inside a Dunkin Doughnuts. Ice cream was good and nice treat on ahot summer day. Unfortunately the doughnuts were dry and there were barely any lemon filling inside, so I don't recommend those. Ice cream good. Doughnuts bad.

Me and my husband got treated terribly by these people. We pulled up to the drive through at 7:34pm according to their business hours listed and lights they were open. We kept saying hello into the speaker with no response so I had my husband drive me to the front I get to the door and there is a sign stating drive through only. So I start knocking on the door trying to get someone’s attention the woman wouldn’t even acknowledge me she just stares at the floor sweeping shrugging her shoulders. I couldn’t understand why she treated me this way but do not patronize this business!

I was hot... And I wanted 🍨. So I was looking and I saw this place and when I looked at the reviews I thought... "Oh great... 3 1/2 stars.". So since my dad didn't want to go more than 5 minutes for ice cream... we went there. When we got in, it was clean but it took about 5 minutes for us to be recognized. Once we where recognized our orders were in. I got vinalla... But the regular Vanilla was empty... and instead of just refilling it... The man just gave me the fat and dairy free Vanilla instead of just filling the other one up! #Lazy Then I asked for sprinkles and they were basically OUT OF SPRINKLES!!! So the man could only give me 10. (Not exaggerating) Then I ordered the kids cup... (Cause I'm a kid...) and they didn't have kid cups! So they gave me a big one. (Look at the picture below) So here is my experience in 5:
1) Clean
2) People were lazy
3) Not much material on toppings
4) The employees aren't very customer friendly
5) Mostly stocked on ice cream

Very limited choices of ice-cream. One freezer was not working, so only 8 choices. Service was slow and the kids behind the counter didn't seem to know what they were doing. They need a good adult manager to set this place straight.

Employees were attentive, but limited BR selection, they don't have malt, and they were out of the puree for what I bought and didn't know until I paid first. Processed a refund quickly. Really everywhere Dunkin Donuts is, the location is messed up.

Stopped at the donut side yesterday morning. They had 4 types of donuts. It was 10am and they said they didn’t plan to make more. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Stopped for Father’s Day. Only one side of the freezer worked and 1/2 of the containers on the working side were empty. To top it off, my daughter had to use the restroom and the lights int the bathroom were broken
