I usually do not post bad reviews but this place really needs some form of management. The employees who are working are working incredibly slow but are impatient if the customer does not come up fast enough to the counter to get their order. They show their impatience by rolling their eyes and smacking their hands on their thighs. If I owned this restaurant I would do an entire overhaul on how their employees behave and how the store if ran because it’s definitely not efficient. I wouldn’t have noticed these bad qualities if I wasn’t waiting for my to-go order for over 30 minutes.

Am giving them five now. I went back after my first experience was terrible (service) . I went back 2nd time and 3rd , the food is great, and the owner/manager seems to take actions and make it right, so far everything looks good and the sandwiches are very delicious. My to go place for quick delicious sandwiches, few blocks away from my house.

This restaurant needs to hire people that actually want to work. Every time we come in here the order is always wrong. Its a bunch of young people that work here and all they do is socialize with their friends. The food is good if it is done right. If you order make sure you check to make sure your order is right.

A coworker had a coupon for a free combo. When I went to pick up our orders the manager had never seen coupon before, but she made it right!! No issues at all.

I got here at 8:41 and the door was already closed and the sign says open and then when I start knocking after five minute the guys just ignored me and turned the sign off. While I’m writing this review still it’s not 9 o’clock yet and the sign is off.
6/5/21 Update-Am going back to get few sandwiches tonight, I want to give them a chance. The menu pictures looks nice, so I hope it’s good.

Great people and great food! Highly recommend the hero sub or if you want something quick you can do the club on a sub. One of my favorites is the Engineer Sub.

Update: they rectified the situation quickly and kindly. Very appreciative of their response.
Got an online order, Hook and Ladder plain, no pickle. When I opened the bag I had an Italian sub with everything on it, and a pickle. Plus no napkins. Every time I go to this location they mess something up. They're incompetent and pay little attention. I'm sick of giving them a chance.

After waiting 20 minutes after our order and seeing everyone that ordered after us receive their food I finally asked an employee about our food and they had lost our ticket and didn't even apologize simply said they'd make it
