This location in fact does not stay open until 8pm. I tried to get service there at night and they lock their doors at 7:45 pm. Fine with me, but change your Google listing to accurately reflect your hours. A waste of your customers’ time.

This place is always well staffed and clean. The food is very uniformly made, which is nice - I know that what I order is going to be exactly what I want and how I expect it.
We are here quite often as it is efficient and convenient.

Great place for quick sub sandwiches and protein bowls. They make salads also. Food was very fresh. No waiting great place for quick in and out.

Worst behavior. They just need money. worst store manager and employees. Never step into this store . Go to this store only if you need to eat Just the bread alone . For veggie delight you will exactly get 4 spinach leaf and onion sticks on a foot long . If you ask them what is his they would say they cannot fold the bread and manager would be arrogant at you. I never seen such shameful subway in my life. Never pay for the sub with out validation.

The guy behind the counter was very nice, older man. However, if this store opens at 8, and it’s 8:40, people are going to be coming in for breakfast. Operationally, it is unacceptable that the toaster is not up and running. I’m sure I’m not the only one that would like a warm breakfast. So cheers to a cold steak and cheese sub for breakfast. Yuck.

The food at this subway was awesome! They had one of those kitchen ratings on the back wall, which noticably had a 100, so it was def well maintained.
Def give these folks a tip. They may be foreign but they did really well on the service.

I've lived in Franklin my entire life and this Subway used to be a pillar of the community serving as a quick easy way to get food between sporting events, church and work. However, the now current staff is impolite, inconsistent and encourage an up-sale on every item.
They rolled their eyes at my desire for "more of spinach" (probably cause they couldn't up charge) and literally through my receipt back at me when I asked if the price was right before walking away.
I know its just Subway but it takes very little to get it right, and they refused even to do that. Skip it, pass it and go somewhere else.
