Ordered pizza for delivery - told it would be here in 45 minutes. A little over an hour later I called for status told behind on delivery due to driver having a flat. Another 30 minutes later called to cancel - asked about credit for debit card and was told it should clear over night “I guess” - asked to speak with a manager to confirm - after being placed on hold was advised manager was busy- I advised I would hold and again told she was busy - worst customer service I have ever experienced with this location

My family is hooked on the Hawaiian Chicken pizza. My husband is a verified “pizza snob” and found most pizza in this entire region of the county to be unsatisfactory. Until he tried Jets! Now we get this for every family pizza night. And now I’m hungry, just thinking about it.

This Jets has the worst customer service. Every time we order delivery or take out there is always an issue. Once we specifically ordered no peppers and our pizza had peppers all over it when we picked it up, next time we got delivery and had paid with a card over the phone and they lost our payment, tried one more time hoping we just got bad luck and when ordering over the phone, had the most rude woman with a sarcastic bad attitude taking our order. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I will never order from jets pizza again. I had the worst customer service by the owner , who hangs up the phone on an upset customer. Never again and I will make sure I tell everyone that you all are the worst in the business ever.

Delivery time 1 hr 45 minutes. We called twice and there was no answer. On the 3rd attempt when the phone was being answered you could hear someone in the background yelling "don't answer that phone". Really????
