First timer . Staffs were very nice and helpful. I was interested in something different with my bagel. I’m big on “ spinach “ so you know this particular bagel made 🤗🥰 my day

A great selection of bagels Even in the mid afternoon (plus arooo on that point) Heading south on 65 ?? Good place to get a real bagel or bagel sandwiches for the ride. Not just a bagel place. Good coffee drinks!! Staff was helpful. Actually.. very helpful I went inside to check the place out They were cleaning when I walked. Till I left My order was perfect and served with a smile

Maybe I was over excited for what this place was. I figured it would be a delicious alternative to Starbucks. They had no cars in the drive through vs the packed line at the Starbucks which also enticed me. Needless to say I was disappointed. I got overpriced, greasy bagels and subpar coffee. It was nearly $30 for 2 bagels and 2 coffees so there was no price savings compared to Starbucks too. Also the bagels were rushed and when I asked if they could make a burrito (from the menu) without egg (as I am allergic) I was told that they have a pre-made mix for all their burritos and could not. The previous time we tried them their credit card reader for the drive thru was down and it took 2 reboots at 3 minutes a time before they just ran my card indoors. This time we used cash to avoid that problem. All together this location if not this company is overrated. Will pass from now on.

Chain bagel joint with a nice selection of bagel flavors and assorted sandwich items. Caribou Coffee is their coffee brand served. Bright and clean interior, friendly staff. It’s a good choice for a quick breakfast or light lunch and there’s a fireplace and light adult alternative playing to enhance the ambiance. Here’s the breakdown: Quick service of good bagels +1 star, conveniently located near work +1 star, friendly staff +1 star, bright and clean +1 star for a four star rating. I come back often and recommend them!

Their bagels are amazing but their coffee is the worst. Like really terrible… I have gone here a couple times hoping it will get better but every time it is the worst coffee I have ever tasted. They burn it and hand it to you with a smile as if it is fine.

Expensive and very average. The bagels have a modest amount of cream cheese. It's okay in a hurry and better than the bagels at Dunkin or Panera, but that's not exactly a screaming endorsement.

I’ve seen how horribly these managers treat the poor employees. This goes for both locations around this area. When a restaurant has employees who are clearly mistreated and upset, it shows. And it most definitely has an effect on the overall experience because I just feel bad for them. Don’t apply here, especially if you’re young.

We're from out of town, so don't really go to Einstein's, but we were pretty disappointed. This location didn't have anything from the website menu, which was a little annoying since we planned out our order ahead of time. They were out of a lot of menu items when ordering at the window, but made it work. Was a little annoyed with the attitude of the drive through worker, just not helpful or friendly. Ordered a normal bagel assuming a small cream cheese came with, nope. Had to pay an extra 1.75 for a small little thing of cream cheese. Breakfast sandwiches were decent. Soda and avocado toast were not made with quality.
