We were here for a quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon and we were appalled by the unbearable service lazy and rude. Food quality was unbeatable as we had a fly swimming in our lemonade ice tea. When reported we were told they are short staffed pls beware of this place.

I used to love their food - pre pandemic. This was our first visit since Covid. The food was subpar. Definitely not the same and I was not impressed at all. We ended up leaving unsatisfied. Not sure what the issue is, but this was just not the same. It made me sad to be honest.

Probably the most sub-par and overpriced deli I’ve ever visited. $9 for a BLT is a statement of a very high-class BLT, and yet the photo below, is what you get. Barely toasted, super-market sandwich bread, a sliver of browning avocado, 3 paper-thin bacon wisps, and wilty spring mix…. This visit was not only a waste of money but a total waste of time as we had to go elsewhere to finish dinner.

Food is usually good but service is always lacking. I don't know if this is just how McAlister's Deli all operate or just the few I've been to, but it's pretty annoying when they hand you a bag of food and your missing items or they get it so wrong that they give you someone else's food and the other person has left with your food. Because then you get to stand around and wait 30 minutes for them to remake your food and not even get an apology.

My daughter and I had a hankering for soup. She had the broccoli cheese and I had the chicken tortellini. We enjoyed the food. I'm pretty sure the cashier was stoned tho.

Nothing to write home About. My fiancée is really big on this chain, and this is only my third time eating it. We went in Murfreesboro 11/25 and she ordered the Turkey crunch and I told her I ordered that but I thought it would be crunchy, she’s says it is and shows me the chips stacked on it to give it the crunch. I proceed to tell her the one I had at the above restaurant wasn’t made like that. Jump to today when I give them another chance and just like last time they skipped on the crunch part of the turkey crunch. Food is good but the quality of food is poor in that it doesn’t provide what is shown.

I've eaten here a number of times and the service has always been friendly and quick, the food tasty, and the prices reasonable. Weekday lunch time it can get very busy, but it's still quite quick with your food. Flexible menu options like half salad/half sandwich also. I've heard the giant spuds are awesome, but I can't eat here and not get the Orange Cranberry club (pictured).

Wow, this was quite easily the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My husband and I came on our lunch break on my birthday during work. I was so excited! My birthday lunch! It was very busy, so we waited patiently after placing our order table side. It took 40 minutes to receive our food. It arrived, freezing cold. Inedible. We asked for a to go box as soon as we received it, as we needed to head back to work. I didn’t even take it home. I had 3 bites, couldn’t finish it, left it on the table. 40$ of food wasted. I came here on the recommendation of a coworker, and I am sad to say I will never eat here again. The only redeeming qualities were the nice server and the peach tea.
