On my first and second time to your restaurant the people were friendly, helpful and patient with me. They were happy to explained what some of the things where, that I didn’t know. And the food was amazing. I enjoyed every bit of it. It was fresh and very flavorful. Also some of my friends that tried the falafel stated that it was very delicious. And we also even stated that we found one of our new favorite places to eat. Thank you very much for the service and hospitality that your staff gave me.

Food and staff is amazing a def try if ever in Franklin
Nice little Mediterranean restaurant with counter ordering delivered to your table.
Nice menu with plenty of options - lamb, steak and seafood. Pitas, salads and kabobs in a variety of combos.
I got the kabob combo - steak and shrimp - with turmeric rice and pita. The steak was tender and well sauced and seasoned. The shrimp were cooked perfectly but a little under seasoned. The rice had a great perfume and was tasty while the pita was soft and delicious.
Was told the soda machine had no ice so I got a bottle of water just to watch someone get plenty of ice out of the machine. Tables were a bit sticky but it was warm inside the store and the table was varnished wood.

Lost a star due to the ice and sticky table issues. I’d go back again because the food was good.
Great customer service. The chicken kabob with potato salad and roasted veggies was delicious. Also got my daughter chicken salad sandwich with rice that she liked.
Tonight was my first time at Zoës Kitchen. Let's just say I will be back. The gal at the counter was very helpful when it came to assisting us with our meal choices. I had the Chicken Orzo with a side of Seasonal fruit And some Basil pesto hummus (which I got FREE for filling out a postcard to get on their email list...totally worth it!) I enjoyed the bright clean friendly atmosphere very much. Keep it up, Zoës Team!
Good Mediterranean food with a few vegetarian friendly options and a kids menu for picky eaters. The restaurant has never been too busy when I've visited on weekends, and the tables/floors/restroom have always been clean. Indoor or outdoor seating options are available. Masks are worn by staff, but not enforced for customers. My only reason to downgrade from five to four stars is that the service is a bit on the slow side. The presentation looks like fast food service, but you generally have to wait for your meal, even during non-rush times.
My review is only based on how nice the staff was. Otherwise, I would do 1 star just because the food took forever, my salad came out wrong, and they forgot the spicy aoli for each order. Pickup time was 12:15 but I didn’t get it til after 12:45. BUT the staff was very very nice!! They were SUPER BUSY!! So I understood and figured they don’t deserve a 1 star for the situation they didn’t choose to be in! Y’all were great! Still kinda mad I couldn’t eat my food, but whatever. Keep on Zoe’s on Mallory!
I always enjoy their food, very fresh and tasty. But the roasted veggies are hard and crunchy. I'm not saying they should be mush but they're way too hard and raw-like. But they taste good. My favorite item on the menu is the salmon pita.
Once again enjoyed a meal at Zoe's Kitchen. I had the Morrocan Chicken Piadina with warm potato salad. Service and food were great!
I will be honest, I am usually not a fan of chains nor am I a health food kind of person, but hey, as a food pro I should trY things and not judge a book by its cover.
I had a pita with steak and the pasta salad as a side and I have to say, I would eat that again.
The better half had a bowl with 3 different grains and I sampled that too. Not a chicken guy I stared clear of that, but even that grains had great bite and flavor.
Price, oh well. Two drinks and above mentioned food was $28 a bit harsh for what it was but it was tasty and it was enough.
I may just go again (when no one is looking ;) )
