Delicious food!!! 🤩
We have been hearing about this place for over a year but never stopped by until now.
What a treat this was , great food ,great service.
No dress code for this place, casual wear is acceptable here.
If you are looking for some good American Chinese and Asian cuisine then this is the place for you 😊
Tonight we had:
APPETIZER:
Pork egg rolls side of duck sauce.
MAIN MEAL:
Mongolian beef sauteed in sweet soy garlic sauce.
Crispy honey shrimp with white rice.
DESSERT:
PF chang's homemade
"creamy coconut pineapple" ice cream
The food turned out PERFECTLY ! 😎
With modern day Chinese music playing softly in the background while enjoying our meals having a great time. We definitely plan to stop by some other time to try other items on their menu.
I Definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try and see for yourself.

There are a few vegan options. The server was really great. The new peppers app is amazing. Tofu lettuce wraps are always amazing. The Budda feast bowl was bland. I didn't eat much of it. But over all good experience.

What a fun lunch this weekend! Took a break in Christmas 🎅🏻 shopping 🛍 & visited PF Chang’s in Cool Springs. Service was great! Restaurant is very nice. We tried 2 appetizers & 3 entrees. Everything was delicious! Be sure to visit soon.

I really like this location. The good is really good, especially the Mongolian steak. Lo mein is solid but I wish they'd bring back the ramen. You can't really go wrong with fried rice. This place is a family favorite.
White & Gray Matters
Just as good as the one at Easton Town Center in Columbus Ohio. Good food and good service. IMO that the chairs are a bit more comfortable at the bar here. The kitchen is more open which causes more clatter of dishes and such which is the downfall here.
The vegetable and pork rolls were great, as well as my main course of Changs Sweet and Spicy chicken.

Definitely not the PF Chang's experience I was expecting. I'd been to the Knoxville location once and had a great meal, so I recommended my girlfriend try this for carryout. I'm embarrassed for doing so now. She ordered beef lo mein, and it looked alright, but she said it was bland. I tasted it, and wow... Almost no flavor. Not salty, not sweet, barely anything. The beef was okay, but tough and dry, almost like a jerky. She was ho hum about it all. Not impressed with her pork egg rolls either, but I didn't personally taste those. She said they were hot on the outside, but not on the inside. She suspects she got old food since it was an hour before closing, but I really figured everything here would be cooked to order, especially for the price. Probably won't go back.

I dined in at P.F. Chang’s the other night with my family and had such a great experience. Our server’s name was Zach and he did such a great job making sure we were taken care of and was super knowledgeable about the menu. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and they really made her feel special. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time!

This was our first time to eat here--- great service ---Matt G. was our server and he was the best! The food was very good but was very disappointed in the portion size. Everyone had told us for years that it was a little pricey; but, that you would get too much food to eat and there would be plenty of leftovers. The menu said it was served family style with plenty to share. My husband and I ordered two entrees---we had nothing left over. We are not overweight and eat very normal portions ---the portions we received were smaller than normal. I was disappointed in the dinner portion size compared to the prices we paid. Cannot imagine what a lunch portion would be!!!!

After a very bad experience months ago (involving our food being served raw,) we decided to give this location one more try. On a Monday evening right after 5 pm, we were seated and waited for over 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. No one ever came. We watched as several other tables near us were seated and served promptly. After waiting another 10 minutes and not being able to flag down a server, we decided to just leave. Horrible service. Horrible experiences two times in a row.

We drive from Hendersonville to Franklin for this place. We've never had a bad experience. Pork Dumplings and Pepper Steak are always on our list of preferred items. It's worth the drive.

Totally messed up our order and I finally got my spicy tuna roll 20 min after other people in my party got their meal and served it without wasabi saying they were out. We also ordered their sangria and it was awful. Felt really sorry for our server ad it wasn't her fault. Won't go back

Food was great, server was very attentive, but A/C was out .... and we felt every bit of it. Unfortunately, I’ll have to choose somewhere else next time I’m in this area. I was completely uncomfortable during my dinner!

Except for the 6 Puny Pork Dumplings (which were delicious nonetheless)--they were just Puny! My Hubby and I enjoyed our meal. Szechuan Asparagus (ample amount!) & Kung Pao Chicken for my Honey and Veggie Spring rolls for me--all tasty. Was a little pricey-$44.00 plus tip. We'll go back once in a while-when we get another hankering for Chinese food.

The atmosphere was great, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious! The family style portions encourage sharing so everyone can enjoy a wider variety of entrees. My wife had the pan fired filet mignon, and I had the crispy honey chicken. Both dishes were fantastic! We can’t wait to go back!
