It felt like this store was shut down for the pandemic and never recovered. Everything was so bare and not very inviting looking. A lot of areas were empty and the booths were spread out so far apart. They DID have fresh fries, so that’s a plus!

This location used to be spectacular, but things have gone downhill. They regularly get orders wrong in the drive thru. My most recent order was missing a whole meal, salad dressing, sauces, and a drink. I haven’t received a meal from them in my last 10 visits or so that wasn’t missing something that was printed on the receipt. On top of that, the customer service is a big step below what you’d normally get at a Chick-fil-a. Several employees have been short, snippy, and unhelpful, even during less stressful non-peak hours.

Placed our order. Server's friends came into store, leading to long talk, hugs, and no food for us. Our order sat on the back for 10 minutes. Finally had to go back and ask the server to hand it over! Poorest service we have ever experienced in a Chick Fil A.

Their food and service is excellent, however I've noticed their competitors have larger breast meat for their sandwiches. I believe this is an issue that they can address and remain the best chicken restaurant in the business!

Love everything about Chick-fil-A!! But I drove out of the way to come to this one because the kids needed a break from being in the car for 6 hrs. Come to find out the playground was closed since COVID. 😪

One of the worst chick FIL A's in the area. They consistently get orders wrong and only offer apologies to bandage their mistakes. Just poor customer service and experience all around.
