Soooo... if you want to make NYC style pizza crust in the south....YOU CANT!! It's in the water, as the previous owners found out and other numerous southern pizzerias know. The trick is to make it great tasting with what you are working with here, and this place nails it! If I had to give it a name, I would call it thin crust Sicilian. Light and crispy with a great soft chew...lots of lovely air pockets on the bottom. Another true test of great pizza is the Sausage once again just perfect. The sauce is flavorful yet doesn't overpower any of the other flavors. The ingredients on everything I tried were as fresh as I have had at any pizza place. They had about 15 different flavors of slices and the owner said they offer full pies by the slice so you can mix and choose from the many many choices. So if you are looking for NYC style pie, try somewhere else to be unsatisfied, but if you want somewhere to have some pizza that is its OWN thing. This is the place.

Excellent pizza. Had the works on ours. The only complaint I had is that I wish it had been cooked a bit longer to crisp the dough a bit more but still very good pizza. Best I've had since I've been in TN and we have been here for 9 years. Owner or manager, not sure which he was, was incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend going.

We had 4 different pizza’s including gluten-free. They were all delicious, a very welcome addition to Franklin pizza choices. Really unique and only wish there was one in East Franklin!

Really all you need to know is that the crust is baked fresh every morning, and this one with the brussel sprouts bacon and balsamic drizzle is like all you need to eat!

I’m not sure where to start. Born and raised in NJ, this is not a Jersey style pizza. Never heard of NJ Square pizza either.
Got a cheese and pepperoni pizza and both were about as lacking in flavor as humanly possible. Overloaded with cheese and chewy thick dough. I don’t know what this stuff is, but it’s simply not good.

This used to be one of my favorites but I was completely surprised at what I was served recently. I placed a pick up order for a simple pepperoni pizza but after getting it home and inspecting it more thoroughly, I found a very overdone and burnt pie that tasted horrible. I'm hoping they were having an off night but I don't want to waste my money again if things have just gone downhill here.

I don’t know how anyone could say this is the best pizza they ever had - just the opposite. The crust was like cardboard. It was painful to eat. We had the Italian sausage with onions and mushrooms and half jalapeños. While the onions were good, there were hardly any jalapeños, sausage or mushrooms. We will never go back to 3 Brothers!

Best NYC place around. Ordered pizza from them a couple of times and it was always good. Decided to go in last night to try their sandwiches - best decision ever! The food was excellent, homemade bread for their sandwiches, and the best meatball sub I've ever had. But as good as the food was, it still doesn't compare to the service. Mike and the guys were so kind to me and my family. They took special care of our boys, which made us a fan for life! We will definitely be back soon!

Loved the place the minute we walked in and were greeted with a sincere hello and some friendly chat. Pizza was amazing! Well baked, pure whole milk mozzarella cheese (not part skim junk), fresh dough and nice quiet ambiance. We also tried the New York Cheesesteak which was also perfectly done. I highly recommend this place for any of us displaced Yankees looking for a real NY style pie (or even for someone who thinks Papa John's is pizza). It's worth the ride to Franklin! Go...buy....fuggedaboutit!
