Strip mall storefront that’s on the smaller side. Touchscreen ordering system and the grill is right there behind the counter.
Ordered a double black and blue burger (blackened seasoning and blue cheese) and a cold Abita Andygator double bock.
Burger was good with a generous amount of blue cheese crumble. Tater tots were good.
It was almost $30 for a burger and beer and for that price it really needs to be great.
Service was prompt, food was hot and fresh but there was really nothing standout about it.

I might go back. They worked hard and made good food but $30 for a burger and beer? The jury is out at this moment.

Strip mall burger joint. Nice atmosphere. Touchscreen self ordering, menu is not complete and the prices do not match their menu. However, the burger is FANTASTIC! Fried pickles, not so much. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

First if all, WOW. Since moving to TN in September, we've struggled to find anywhere that is at least half decent from middle TN to Gatlinburg, I can count on 1 hand all the places that have really met our expectations and now I can add one more. We ordered two different burgers which were fully customizable (though a bit confusing at first trying to order) and subbed out for sourdough (the best bread can't change my mind).
What we got literally left us speechless. Everything was seasoned, it was fresh, it paired well together without being some hunk of meat a hipster put together. The French fries was crispy(with an extra crispy option!) And danced along perfectly with their spicy ranch! While waiting one of the guys working was telling us we picked some of his favorites and just talking with us. He was so friendly and you could tell he wanted to make sure we had a great first experience. Will be back for sure!

By far one of the best burgers in FRANKLIN, TN. As a repeat customer, I am never disappointed. The staff are friendly and work very efficiently together. The only complaint are the fries. The fries are great and they give you generous portions but they still add too much salt. In the end, you will never be disappointed with your meal. It is a must stop for all burger lovers living here and visiting.

Great spot for legit burgers and sandwiches! Fresh ingredients, hand-cut/breaded/formed components, tasty freshness all around. Family had burgers and a chicken sandwich which were all hot, large, and so flavorful! Fries are awesome, pickle chips are pretty greasy and spice-heavy (but some folks like 'em like that), tots are... tots. None-too-fancy "greasy spoon" environment, as it should be, to leisurely enjoy your chow. Will be back to try the po' boys!
