It was quiet that day. Went with a party of 8. We were seated and taken care of. FOH staff is always friendly and always has a solution to any problem. No complaints from our group. Everyone walked away happy and full! Food was on point. Came out hot. They did forget chocolate chips on my pancake but quickly fixed the problem with some chocolate fudge swirled on it. Food came out in a timely manner. They sang happy birthday to the birthday person. Plates were cleared everytime they came to check up on us.
My fiancé and I visit Emely’s at least once a week. It is by far our favorite go-to place. We have never had a bad experience or a bad meal! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, so needless to say, the service is fantastic. I particularly like the Buffalo chicken wrap, and the chicken chimichangas. The chips and salsa are the best. My fiancé, who is originally from Mexico, loves their Mexican dishes, and says it is his favorite place to go for food from his home county. We always look forward to our visits to Emely’s!

🍔 Our Monthly Must-Do in Franklin
Every month, when we hit Franklin, this place is our pit stop. Imagine a long drive and everyone's just about done. Then, you remember this place is waiting for you, and everyone perks up. The kids are over the moon, whether it's for the ice creams, milkshakes, pizzas, or the Mexican stuff. For me, a cold beer and some Mexican dishes are my jam.

It's not just the food, though. The second we walk in, the team's grinning at us like long-lost friends. It's like walking into your nan's kitchen—you know you're loved, you know you're home. And it's not just us; you look around, and you see familiar faces from around town. It's the whole community, having a meal, having a laugh.

What's awesome is how this place doesn't box itself into one thing. Want breakfast at dinner? Sorted. Kids craving milkshakes? No problem. It's like this menu knows exactly what you want, even when you don't. But it's not all over the place; it's good, honest grub. It's like a big, warm hug on a plate, every single time we're here. We just can't get enough of this place. It's our top spot, hands down.
Small restaurant serving Mexican and pizzeria food. Went Mexican and wasn't disappointed. Had steak enchiladas, wife had fajitas. Rojo and verde sauces were good. Even the salsa and chips were great. Staff was friendly and the game was on. Nice little find in Franklin. Will be going again.

It's a local place in Eastern Connecticut; not fancy. But solid service and good food. The owner is Mexican, so there's a respectable selection of Mexican favorites (a pleasant surprise in North Franklin).
I eat here regularly and have never had anything but a great experience, both dining in and ordering takeout. I will continue to eat here until the day I die!
