This restaurant is a local jewel. Took my Father there for his birthday and had an amazing meal at a reasonable price point. It is owned and operated the Fancelli’s, the raddest family around!

Great food, wonderful service. A special local treasure. Be patient because the kitchen is small, but worth it. Hat tip to our server, Sandi for treating us like family.

Lola & Giuseppe’s is always a delight. The staff cares about their work and the establishment. The food always exceed expectations. For this visit, we tried the pasta with rosa cream and chicken and the shrimp special. Lola’s seasons the protein correctly and the sauces are velvety. I recommend getting a reservation as this restaurant is popular.

I have never, and I mean never, been this impressed with a restaurant. My friend and I went in without knowing it was pretty much reservation only. They took our orders and were incredibly kind. We waited for maybe, MAYBE, 15 minutes and it was done. I got the chicken marsala with fettuccini and my friend got the eggplant parm. We also got the fritta antipasta. Everything was divine and sincerely amazing. My chicken fell apart and was so moist while the breading on the eggplant was so flavorful. We finished with the pumpkin cheesecake and it was just amazing. Words cannot describe how great this place was and I highly recommend!

Visiting from out of state, came across this on google reviews…SO glad we tried it! Wonderful family dinner starting off with garlic bread and spinach and artichoke dip that was AMAZING followed by sampler platter and Tuscan salad with my daughter having the gnocchi. Wines were wonderful as well. They have a sign “come in as strangers, leave as friends!” We 100% agree with this and wish we lived closer…our family would be regular customers for sure!!!! Thank you for a fantastic final night in Columbus, Ohio!!!

We sat on the patio which was nice. I got the onion soup which was decadent. The shrimp & lobster ravioli was also fantastic. I don’t normally go for ravioli but the server recommended it so I said why not? Well I will be dreaming about it and will absolutely order it again! Can’t wait to be back. Very happy I found this casual restaurant for Italian comfort food in Columbus.

First time to eat here, as we have heard great things about it from others and came highly recommended. It definitely did not disappoint. Atmosphere was great. Indoor is like sitting in a living room, quaint and comfortable, and also has an outdoor patio. Menu was filled with classics. Not overly extensive, but everything well done and still a lot of variety to choose from. For first-timers like ourselves, we started with the bruschetta and Caprese salad and then progressed to the Giuseppe's sampler. I had mine with the eggplant, while my wife opted for the chicken instead. Both were outstanding and a great way to try several things at the same time. Portions were very generous. We truly could have split ours, to be honest, but we're glad that we had a ton to bring home. We also had the cannolis for dessert, which were phenomenal, and topped it all off with homemade limoncello, crafted by Nick, the owner's son. Really fantastic recipe and reminded me of Limoncello we had in Italy that was also a family recipe. Wine list was not extensive but had plenty of options at multiple price points. We enjoyed the valpolicella. Service was outstanding. Prompt, courteous, and always checked in on us to be sure that we had everything we needed and were enjoying everything. The owner himself also dropped by the table a couple of times. Very friendly. All In all, this was a great experience in lived up to the hype. The couple that we went with have Italian roots and Heritage and loved it, as well. Would definitely come back.

Our first trip to Lola & Giuseppe's only left me wondering what took us so long to get here??! There are things that will turn people away but that would be a mistake on their part. Reservations are required due to limited space and their hours are fairly limited. Once you've had a chance to try them though, you understand why. We went on a Thursday evening. We had a party of 9 which required us to set a reservation by phone which was done without a hassle and our table was ready upon arrival. The quarters look more cramped than what they are, and the food and service were so good that we barely noticed it by the time the evening was complete. The house made Limoncello was divine and the Pasta Fritto was an excellent starter. My wife and I split the shrimp and lobster ravioli and an order of Giuseppe's Sampler with Chicken substituted for eggplant on the Parmesan and they were all fantastic. My favorite was the Chicken Parm, best I've ever had! We wrapped up the evening with carrot cake which was also delicious. Shout out to Gina for making our night wonderful with great service and to Giuseppe and the crew for a wonderful meal, we will definitely be back soon!
