Fresh to order breakfast burritos all day and a huge menu; what else needs to be said? Of course it's American fast food, but the quality is actually decent and the workers seem to actually care about the food presentation / construction and service quality, which is nice.

We usually use the SONIC in Sylva. But we had no problems with the one in Franklin. Great Super SONIC Cheeseburgers, I love the Tater tots and Corndogs and the SONIC Breakfast Rollups are absolutely delicious 😋 I love the Online ordering and easy pick up. And I love the Peppermint Candy on top of the drinks. A great way to finish your meal 😋 It's All Good!!

It's Sonic nothing special. This post is just to say how great the service was. The guy working drive through was awesome. I added some stuff at the window and I apologized. This dude said for what, I asked if he needed me to pull up he said heck no. Then said ur the customer and you're my priority now. The people behind u will be fine, they'll be the priority when they get to the window. Just felt like that was cool.

Our first Sonic experience was super positive thanks to Sarah’s outstanding customer service. It was our first time so we change so many times but She was so patient with us giving us recommendations.
The Sneaker bar shake was my favorite shakes among all the ones we order. Like the burgers and breakfast burritos( glad it is serve all day!!!!)

I went to sonic today to pick up a quick bite. We were greeted with a smile at the window, the teller went above and beyond for my order, I actually have never had better service at a drive thru. Her name was Marii I believe and she deserves kudos from management (and even above). I’ve came to this establishment before and had decent service but she was phenomenal and she made my kid smile which he will not forget. Good service from one person can make an establishment shine. If it wasnt for her I wouldn’t have even visited this FB page to rate this place. Hopefully she sees this �

The wait for a single order of mozzarella stick was ridiculous. 10+ minutes sitting at the drive-thru window having the cashier apologizing for how horrible the worker are multiple times!

We went for milkshakes! We waited for 45 minutes before we got them and then we were still missing my oldest sons milkshake. I mean a milkshake don't take that long! That will be the last time we go there!

This location is super slow, and the last three times I went there, they got my order wrong. The food is substandard, and presentation is sloppy, even for a fast food restaurant.

Had us pull up to wait on our food and was given mozzarella sticks, burnt so bad, there wasn't any cheese inside. Also, you can't call because none of the numbers listed, work.

Hours are listed as 7a to 12a. At 745a we pull into the drive thru and an employee comes out and yells they aren't open yet. They lost at least 3 sales just while we were there because there was a car in front and a car behind us. We seen 3 employees so I'm not sure why they weren't opening on time but that's a terrible way to run a business.

Ive gone to the nic off of dixie hwy in franklin/middletown twice now. The first time they were ere out of icecream at 10 pm on wens. Tonight i get there at 1120 sit in line for 20 mins only to be told that they were closeing. When i asked if the people were that were in front of going to get their food i was rudely told yea because they ordered before we closed. I then asked for corperate and the managers name and was told they would take my order now. I declined because of attitude. The girl said the manager name was vanessa. I then took my 50 dollars to wendys where i was treated as a valued customer. I will not be returning.
