Golden Corral

Great place to visit with the family, though it's a bit shabby. It's in need of a little revamp. The bathrooms were neat. Excellent value/price! There's a variety of choices for everyone, even though some stations were almost empty. I did miss the variety of the Italian station(only pizza), also missing the Asian variety and the Mexican station found in restaurants at Maryland. But I must say that our server, Tonya, was awesome, always asking what else could she do for us! Went way and beyond to make our grandkids happy, making cotton candy for them and other kids that were anxiously waiting for it. Employees like her are what makes a business tho continue rolling!

Pretty good food. Need more chefs to cook the steaks I like mine well done and every time I went to go get one the cook kept telling me 10 minutes. Personally I won't be going to any golden corral anytime soon because that's the main reason I went and this is the second time in a row that has happened and from two different locations

The food was hot and plentiful, with a nice selection on the salad and fruit bar as well as the main bar and of course the dessert bar! I had things like sauteed mushrooms and chicken as well as chicken and dumplings, several types of vegetables and roast. I had excellent service at my table, so I made sure to talk to the manager and compliment both my food and my service.

The food was really good! We had a server who was really awesome! She seemed to know our needs before we did. Their fried fish is amazing! The flavor is truly spectacular. It is definitely my favorite on the buffet and they have a lot on the buffet. This restaurant is perfect for families, gatherings and every and any situation where good food is required!

Very small and comfortable! Not very crowded on Saturdays around noon. Great fish and awesome dinner rolls! The only issue I had was waiting for the cotton candy we had like three workers pass us up before we got one to actually make it. They also have sanitary door openers so that after you wash your hands you do not have to touch the doorknob! Along with hand sanitizer right outside the bathroom doors.

I love the food; however the employees are treated very poorly. I visited on Thanksgiving and overheard one young lady server was fired because she had worked over her scheduled time already and refused to stay even later because two other servers had called off. I spoke with this young lady and she had a 6 month old baby boy who she wanted to spend Thanksgiving with and her manager wanted her to work a double shift.

I like the golden corral. Food is generally very good but a lot of it depends on the cook. I love buffets because I can get a little of this and a little of that and whatever you want. I have had steak there that believe or not rival the best steaks I've had anywhere and I've had some that I didn't like at all. The good thing is at the golden corral you can go back up and get another one for no additional cost. I love the selection of foods they have. They pretty much have something for everyone. Whether it's salads, seafood, wings, entrees, sides, pizza. Pasta, bakery items, desserts etc. If you take 10 people that all want something different, they can all find something they like at the same place.

Son and I have the breakfast buffet at this location on 5-19-18. I had a wonderful breakfast, and it was a good value. Loved the egg station! My only reason for 4 stars and not 5, was my ten year old son couldn't find anything to suit his tastes. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite.
