Review Mcdonald's - Franklin

Great drive through service and very good coffee. I gave low stars on atmosphere simply because I was in the drive through. Main thing is the plain thing, it is hard to beat a hot black coffee from McDonalds. I like mine straight old school, piping hot and black COFFEE! Whoever thought of putting ice in coffee anyways? Nothing too special about it, just like a regular McDonald’s. If been here for a long time and takes care of there customers very well. They recently in the past two years or so had remodeled it and made upgrades to the app and everything. It looks really nice! Bathrooms are usually kept clean and kids are always looking forward to toys and happy meals. One thing I would like, just a suggestion is for the cookies to be kept warm and fresh. Last time I ordered them she took the from under the counter, not from the glass case that they were displayed in.

waited inside, for nearly 10 minutes, for two cheeseburgers and a large fry while they served several drive-thru customers, fries were good and hot, burgers were barely warm

This particular location on Georgia road in the middle of Franklin is good but do not expect any type of decent service from the one buy the hotspot fuel station

Normally we always go through drive through but their service has definitely improved now that Ms Vikky is back!

Very busy MacDonalds and they handle it well. Never gonna like those ordering screens that try to tell you what you want and upsell constantly. They are frustrating.

Very quick service, food was ready quickly and the updates to the dining room are nice. I used the ordering kiosk for the first time and it was pretty easy. I prefer the face to face contact but I figured I'd try out the kiosk for fun.

Service was fast and accurate despite it being an ungodly hour during my long distance travels. They gave me a lot of lettuce (which was nice and fresh and cold and crisp, surprisingly!) on my mcchicken, which I greatly appreciate, as I feel like most McDonald's really skimp on the greens.

The employees are friendly and helpful, the line moves pretty fast, please note the bigger order you have the longer it will take, also keep in mind that just because it's fast food doesn't mean it's really fast. There is people truly trying to go as fast as they can just be a little patient! I don't go here often but my daughter wanted an ice cream cone and she loved it! I don't remember names but repeating back the order is helpful so I know I am getting just the ice cream and I'm not paying for another order! Lol. That's my recommendation to you customers please make sure your order is right before you pay. It's happened before as an honest mistake but this mcds is better than the one on e main st.

French fries were hot and delicious and burgers were delicious 🤤

The food here was as you can expect from a McDonald's, but this place looked new and from what I could tell, was very well maintained. The service was food for the most part, but a couple workers you could tell definitely didn't want to be there. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I don't know why they don't fire the management and put someone in that cares about quality . we can't get a fresh biscuit . they are either Hard , Cold or Dried out .

The worse i have had very very very ild nugget taste like 3 hrs old the fries horrible old and taste pure grease what is happening with this place it just to be good!!!

Yesterday morning (11/29/2016), our electricity was out due to rain and winds and I was heading to another home to shower. I hadn't been able to have coffee or something warm for breakfast so drove through this McDonald's as I especially wanted a Peppermint Mocha. The lady who took my drive through order was SO kind and sweet even asking if I wanted my milk full or non-fat which no one had done previously. I hated driving up to see anyone at a window as I looked a mess but the two ladies who greeted me were so sweet, kind and pleasant. I've never had such great and uplifting customer service at a drive through and want to commend them. They are the perfect example of great employees!

We have Frappé Friday each week. It's the busiest mcdonalds so keeping up with the demanding crowds is rough. I give them kudoz. Nice staff. Public is hard on eating area so keeping it clean is tough when staff is trying to get the food to high volume customers but they make the effort.

I broke my tooth on a bone in a double quarter with cheese. My husband found the shift manager and her response was, what do you want me to do about it. First of all I don't think she showered in days and her attitude sucked. I just got done drinking Barium and having a CAT Scan. If I felt better I would have told her attitude sucked. No offer to make things better or even free food! It was a big ---- you!! I have had it with both McDonalds in Franklin NC!! We will never again eat at any one of them!!! We work in the food industry and used to send tourists to McDonalds, never again. I am not some idiot pulling a fast one. She saw my tooth on the tray!!!

So, anyone that knows me knows i dont complain. I tip well and have the upmost respect for those in the customer service industry. I have worked many types of customer service jobs. Still work a customer service job. Tonight, at the McDonalds on the Georgia rd this was served to me. When i get home to eat my meal, i took one bite and discovered this. I immediately checked my kids food and discovered it was only mine that was very close to raw. So i called. Im not one of those people, swear. I asked for the manager who did not tell me her name which i later discovered was Destiny. She proceeds to inform me of McDs new fresh meat procedure and that it could cause some pink in the center. Thing is, as i told her, this is not some pink. This is raw, i tried to explain this to her multiple ways. She offered to replace, obviously i did not want that. This is normal? Then i dont want it. I said i just wanted a refund. She informed without a receipt she could not do this. So i gather up my reciept and bring the sandwich with me. I wanted her to tell me this was the norm. When i arrived she had left, i had to insist to see a manager before i got what i suppose was the shift runner/man in charge. I said Can you please explain how this is acceptable, showing him the sandwich. He apologized and processed the refund. As well as stating that the woman i spoke to on the phone should not have argued. That this truly was raw. He then went and spoke to cooks and showed them the sandwich. But the thing is guys, what if i hadnt noticed? Gotten sick? My kids could've gotten this... $6.48 and a quick apology doesn't seem like enough. I am very unhappy. I will NOT be back. Not if its the last place open. Ill go hungry, as i am tonight. I am to sick to my stomach to think of food. Disgusting. And no true remorse

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We went thru drive-thru yesterday on the way to Dr for check up. We left 15 minutes early, now that's enough time to stop and get a large hot mocha! First they got our order wrong and try to give us a frappe. Then they were making small mochas! My husband told them it was large. She stood there and looked at us for at least 15 seconds with a "go to hell" look on her face, and turn hastily to make the large. I had enough, we were gonna be late. I told them across my husband for them to just give us our money back. Then My husband took over we got our money and left. We barely made it to my appointment on time. Fifteen minutes and we didn't get our mocha! And they want $15 an hour?!!?? BS
