Over the past few weeks, my wife and I have stopped here as we travel the area. This is a top rated Taco Bell, The clerks in the drive through, always attentive and friendly. This restaurant has greatly improved over the past few months to a year. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because the owner refuses to do the deals that you see on TV. He really needs that extra dollar or so I guess. They also tend to forget your sauce. Like a lot. Be sure to check before you leave.

A young man who was running the cash register last week, Brandon Hoffman, saw an older couple coming in for lunch and they were having a slow go at getting in. Without hesitation, he went over to the door, held it open for them, and offered his arm to the sweet little lady and took her to the table of her and her husband's choice. When their food was ready, he brought it out to them. We acknowledged his kindness and he told us that his grandma was special to him and just smiled. He has stolen our hearts! Franklin store, you have a great employee and we think he is absolutely wonderful!

We ordered on the app a few minutes before arriving to the location, so when we went inside, we had to wait a while. One of the workers asked us if we had ordered, and I let them know we ordered on the app. Soon after, they brought our order out to us and the food was nice and warm. We ate it inside the restaurant, which was very clean. I got the cheesy roll up and the cheesy fiesta potatoes, which were expected quality. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the food was fair, and the service was impeccable, so I had a great experience!
