We had the cheddar bites and they were delicious! The Italian sub and fries were awesome! The flavor of the pizza was really good, but unfortunately the pizza crust was a little undercooked. A 14 inch pizza with pepperoni and bacon was $17.97.

I am visiting from out of town, and I would assume this to be the type of place everyone goes to after the local high school football game. My friend and I shared the smokehouse fries, and it was very good but lacking in fries, ironically. I also had cheerwine from the drink fountain. It was a very affordable lunch.

Melissa, , our server is the sweetest...she was very bubbly and attentive to us. We came to escape hurricane Idalia and discovered Jaxon's. The Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich was absolutely the best! (we're picky). So flavorful and juicy! Onion rings were cooked perfect with REAL onions! Great atmosphere! Great people! We'll be back to try the pizza! Check out the pic...need I say more?

WOW!! Holy KRAP! My wife and I, along with our daughter and fiance, randomly chose this eatery, as we're not necessarily "locals."
Well, I'm not going into great detail but...between the four of us we had: Appetizer Fried Mushrooms and the Smokehouse Fries. Main dishes were Ham n Cheese Stromboli, BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Smoked Mac n Cheese, and two orders of their Buffalo Style HOT wings. WOW!!! Holy KRAP! NEED I SAY MORE!! 🫡😎🤤

Atmosphere? No. I sat down on my bench and it was ripped, torn and the springs were shot years ago.

I usually frequent Jaxon's on their Thursday wing night and meet family there. We usually have a large party and end up having to wait for a bit as we try and get seated as a party.
The kids usually get a calzone, stromboli, or a pizza. They are very happy to go and enjoy the food.
The wings are great and an amazing deal on Thursdays. They have a variety of sauce options to test out

We just ate here for the first time and I am a person that does not like trying new things. But I allowed the waitress Meagan to recommend something that she thought I may enjoy. To my surprise it was actually very delightful I got the Nacho fries and it was absolutely delicious. I guess my only complaint would be that the serving was far too big for just 1 person. What's a really quiet place to have a very good meal at an exceptional price? What more could you ask for?
Update, went again tonight and Melissa was awesome. One of the best places to eat in Franklin for sure.

We're traveling through town to visit the mines & waterfalls. Our hotel had a list of restaurants to try in town & Jaxon's was on that list. We had cheese sticks & a medium pizza. The pizza was pretty good, not the best I've ever had, but not the worst either. They had a pretty good menu of things to try.

The carnivore Stromboli was incredible, and absolutely huge!!!!! My girlfriend got the Philly cheese steak and couldn't finish it. Kate, our waitress was super. Ask for her when you go to eat. You get a ton of food for your money too. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

I was sitting in the parking lot of the post office when an officer from the Sheriff's department stopped and asked me if everything was OK. I told him I was trying to figure out where to eat. Long story short, he said Jaxon's was the place to go for pizza.
Not only did I appreciate the officer checking on me but I took him up on his recommendation and I'm definitely glad I did.
I stopped and ordered a large veggie pizza. It took about 20 minutes to cook up. While I was waiting, the staff offered me a soda or water, which I took them up on.
The pizza came and I walked back to my hotel. During the walk back, I ran into my only complaint. It was killing me, smelling the pizza the whole way back to my room.
When I got back to my hotel, I was finally able to crack open the box and I found a great looking pie waiting for me. Soft crust, tasty sauce and a decent amount of veggies.
I've only had the one pizza but based on that, I'd definitely go back.

Stromboli was great, also tried out their wings which were also very good but, was a little disappointed with butter garlic sauce expected more garlic. After talking to staff I will be asking for extra garlic in sauce. Server was also great.

First time eating here. Large menu, can't remember all. I had pizza, is what I came for. But possible more trips to sample more of menu. Pizza good fresh crust, good ingredients. I had sausage/ onion since they were out of spinach. Small House salad good size and crisp veggies.

We were on our way to go white water rafting and stopped in Franklin on the way. The front desk clerk at the Hampton Inn suggested Jaxon's. The service was outstanding and so was the pizza. The staff seemed like family. Any time we are in Franklin, we will come to Jaxon's. Great job!

great service,good crust, good sauce not too sweet or acidic, beer list is a bit short but at least there is beer. menu a bit basic could use a i little imagination, was a bit dissapointed to see canned mushrooms and canned spinach on my pie...save that for pizza hut and the other chain guys. all in all a good meal, just need a little originality to set themselves apart.

Most of the pizza comes out with black crust. We always have to ask to have it underdone to be edible. Pizza is good then. My problem is with the pricing. I get two toppings on my side and he gets 2 toppings on his side and it costs for a pizza with FOUR toppings. This has happened twice there and we were told that's how they do it. Well, learn math people. Unless you are putting a full serving on half a pizza you should only pay for a pizza with 4 half toppings which is 2 full toppings.
