We heard about this place, and were very excited to try it. We got spring rolls as our appetizer and I got the phad see ew with pork as my meal, with no peas. The spring rolls were absolutely phenomenal with the raspberry sauce they served with it. They were hot and fried fresh, it seemed. They smelled delicious. The phad see ew was amazing, too. It was a straightforward meal with no frills, just how I like it. The service was pretty good, perhaps a little lacking, but they do not seem to have a lot of staff working. The pricing on the menu can be a little confusing because they increased the prices on some items, but not all, and not every menu has those items updated. But the food is delicious and well worth the wait!

I read the reviews about the " long waits". Good food prepared from scratch takes time. Every Restaurant is not McDonald's, thank God. My wife and I just enjoyed a delicious, leisurely lunch at Boone Thai. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. We thought the meals were not only top shelf, but reasonably priced as well...it was our first time there but we will be back!!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here at least once a week for a few years now. It is our favorite local spot, hands down.
The food is all made fresh. Authentic, fresh and delicious. Worth any extra wait it may take. The staff and owners are fantastic. We love them all.
The yellow curry is our favorite.
Be sure to try the Thai tea as well!

Dine in- so wonderful. Very small and only one waitress who was also hosting and bussing. One woman show here so the service can be a little slow. With the current state of the world however- that is to be expected. I notice a lot of poor reviews stating the food takes forever and service is slow, but consider the fact there may be only ONE person in the kitchen! I’m very thankful for the chef and the delicious food and sweet waitress. Even if you have to wait, it’ll be worth it. I had the yellow curry and cream cheese fried rolls. The lunch serving sizes are generous- I’m a fatty so I considered asking for more rice but by the time I had finished I was so full and satisfied I’m glad I had waited. Very affordable!!! The flavors are wonderful and the small restaurant is very cute! Definitely will return

Very cozy place and very good food. It takes them a little while bit well worth it. I got Spicy Basil Pork and cheese rolls. I travel weekly now and will definitely come back.

The meal was light and delicious, the portions perfect for lunch. The waitress was very nice. It’s a little dark inside it could use a facelift but for franklin, nc it was very good Thai food and it was fresh.

We were greeted and seated immediately. Had our drinks with in just a few minutes. It did take a little while for a food to come out as there was a large party in front of us. The food was plentiful and very very delicious. Service was excellent.

Surprisingly delicious and authentic-ish for Franklin. We live in SF and have visited Thailand on occasions so I set low expectations for myself despite the good reviews. Flavors exceeded expectations.

My husband and I were traveling and decided to try Boone Thai since I am gluten, dairy, and mammal free. There were lots of seafood curry dishes. I had the salmon curry in a green curry sauce with avocado. It was delicious. I have eaten in numerous Thai restaurants and this was a unique dish. My husband had the combo fried rice which was yummy too. I would definitely recommend trying out this establishment.

Service can be a bit slow but excellent food -- much better (and much more affordable) than the Thai restaurant in Otto. Good level of spicy on their hottest option, and great portion sizes. One of our favorite restaurants in the area.

We live in Atlanta and have a home outside Franklin. We had lunch there yesterday. It was the first time for us. I had the Spicy Basil with beef dish and soup as the side. Both were perfectly prepared and fresh vegetables were cooked to perfect crunch. The meal was delicious and portion was good. We did not leave hungry. We plan to go back for dinner!

Thai Cuisine our favorite. Boone Thai the best in many of our travels!! We do a road trip to Franklin area each year to enjoy the beauty and feel of the mountains (from Ohio). Boone's Pad Thai (Chicken) is awesome...a favorite along with their veggie spring rolls!! We eat there as often as we can & also take our favorites home!! Quality & freshness always consistent...

We (Savannah GA and Knoxville TN) converge on Franklin yearly at Old Corundum Mill Campground off Highlands Road (which we also love), and we discovered Boone Thai by accident a few years ago. We return every time we visit the area because the food is authentic Thai and consistently delicious. You have fans from all over!
