Passing through small town America, and found this gem for a late lunch.
Delicious sandwiches and soups on the lunch menu and the dessert options were out of this world.
Staff was friendly and hospitable, less of a business transaction and more of stopping in to see family.
Will come back and visit this unique home/restaurant.

We shared the Cuban sandwich, as you can see it is a pretty large sandwich, with a side of your choice. I have had many Cuban sandwiches in my day, but this is the best by far! The only quiet restaurant that I have been in for a long time. How wonderful it is to have lunch, in such a nice cozy and quiet environment. Also, it was my birthday, and they let me choose from three different desserts. The desert are the amazing! Been back twice this week.

It's located in an old house converted into a restaurant. Parking is behind the building and the 2-level gravel lot can be a little difficult to walk over. The front room (where we dined) was a bit crowded. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The menu was a bit narrow in selection - but the food was tasty and served promptly. The beverage menu was mediocre but adequate. They also house a small bakery and the dessert selections we tried were good. Prices were reasonable and it was a fairly good value for the money. We'll definitely be back.

Healthy, delicious food with nice presentation. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. The menu isn't overwhelming with choices, yet has variety. The Ahi tuna salad with sesame ginger dressing is wonderful! One of the best places to eat in Franklin.

Please support this business. Owner and daughter are doing everything they can, with no help due to unable to hire employees. Food has always been great. Sad no one wants to work anymore. Good luck. Hope to see you next year.

Best burgers ever!!! Great staff. Friendly and fun place for lunch and dinner. Awesome pastries and desserts. Love the apple strudel! Also yummy poached pear with goat cheese medallions and a maple dressing. Yum Yum Yum

Rizzo's was the best bakery in town and now they've extended their offerings it include lunch and dinner. The menu is not expansive, but everything is very good and much,of it is wonderful. Staff are attentive and friendly. The deserts are wonderful.

Today was the first time I had been here since it first opened. (New ownership now) Was NOT disappointed. Price was reasonable, portions were good and service was great. Met the owner, John who was very nice. Started Sunday brunch which gives us a nice place to go after church. Franklin was in need of a nice to high end restaurant. This is it.

I go here frequently. I love their food. I think they have the best burger in town. I have tried almost all of them and keep coming back here! When I am not up for a burger, I get one of their amazing salads.
