I was at this subway on Mannheim and Grand in Franklin Park over a month ago, and there was a note that said GIFT CARD NOT WORKING. Today I stop by again and the same sign is still there. So I asked when are you guys going to fix the machine so you could accept gift cards? The staff person replied that they DO NOT ACCEPT gift cards. Also I asked for extra tuna they added 2 Scopes of tuna and I was charged 3.00 dollars. I agree you have to charge for extra but 3.00 dollars for 2 scoops sounds a little ridiculous to me.

I dine in this nice place many times a year! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot at least once a month. The meals are fantastic, the staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. I enjoy being in this restaurant for a nice dinner.

Came here around 5:30 I’m guessing it was a new guy because he dint spread all the topping he just pilled up everything in the middle din’t even cut it in half I got home opened my sandwich and the wrapping paper was in inside my sandwich

After going here sparsely over the past 3 years or so, I have to say that this one of the better subways in the area. I’ve gotten to the know the workers and all of them seem like quality people. They also toast your sandwiches just the right amount. And to all of the people that say that the staff could use a smile on their face, it helps if you are friendly as well, and not just another brick in the wall of social anxiety
