Dunkin'

Just went in 20 minutes ago. Drive thru is better because service is usually not good when you order inside store. Today was even more horrible. Employees kept walking past my friend and I while we were at the front counter and looked at us and walked away. One heavyset male employee even looked at me in disgust when I smiled at him waiting to be seen to place an order. They have enough employees, even cleaning the store, but we kept waiting at the front counter for a while. We had to walk out because it was a handful of minutes, there was no one next in line, and we were being ignored. The male manager was at the drive thru too, not paying attention. There wasn't a drive thru line coming in or out, we were next inside, but they didn't speak to us or want to serve us. This place used to have better customer service. It has really gone downhill. You just lost two regulars. We've been going there for a decade or so. Not anymore. I'm sure many see it too and will take there business elsewhere. Good riddens.

STARBUCKS is just 1mn away. This DD is not set up to study and read like a Starbucks is. Music was playing loud over the speaker system. The TV's volume was on high to drownout the music🤯 the chairs are made out of steel and they are heavy duty so when a customer pulledout a chair to sit it would drag on the ceramic floor 😫🤯. The coffee and the corn muffing was good. If i want take out, this DD is ideal. But if i WANT TO RELAX and ENJOY some solitude Starbucks is a 1mn away
