Dunkin'

We just visited this location. *There is no sign on the door telling customers "drive through only". I suggest they add a sign because other customers tried to get in the door like us, and left instead. We went through the drive thru to order. *It's a little difficult to read the flavors, I think they need a freshly printed drive thru flavors sign. But the 2 scoop waffle cone was very generously filled, they were fast fulfilling the order, and the prices were good. My son was very happy! They accepted our 3 tmobile Tuesdays QR codes without any hassle; we used all 3 codes in one transaction. 😊

Sometimes people make mistakes on drive-thru orders. Not this time, these cheap POS just decided to this was a good idea. If they just said they ran out of cream cheese or offered something else that would have been perfectly OK. Instead this is what they gave me knowing fully I would have already left. For that, you will get one starts on multiple sights and you just lost a customer. It's not about the cream cheese, it is about how ignorant they were.

Went through the drive-thru around 9:15am on 1/19/22. The line always moves fast at this location, so I stop often on my way into work. This morning a different woman was working at the window, and she was extremely rude. She was practically throwing my food at me before I could even get my window down. She didn’t even take the time to give me my credit card back, but instead dropped it into the bag with my food. She then gave me a very fake sounding greeting and as I pulled away she was grinning like she was so proud of herself for how fast her “service” was. I was already agitated when I left, only to find that I did not receive a reciept and my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps, and recieved them without bacon. I don’t know if they get a bonus for how many cars they serve or what, but I will be looking at switching to one of the other 2 dunkin that are close to me, where I always get friendly service. Unbelievable.
