Panera Bread

Consistently forgetting food in my order. Panera is not cheap, the last thing I want to see when I get home is that I paid $20 to get 2 of the 4 things I ordered. Very irritating. Not to mention the drive through person around 430 pm most days is so impatient you can barely get out any of your order before they ask, “is that all?” After every item. Honestly going to take the drive to Lockport from now on.

Used to be great, now the drive-thru is a unorganized, delayed mess. The last 3 times I’ve gone through, I was given the wrong order — like completely different than what I ordered. Also, there’s a young lady that works the drive-thru window who never wants to take my member rewards number. The last time I was there I had to ask her twice to take my number, she said she would take it at the window - she didn’t. I reminded her and the next two attempts she claimed she couldn’t find my account (smh). She is younger with braids and her name may be Shawn. At least that is the name listed on my receipt. Any other staff member I’ve encountered has been professional and pleasant.

Check your food before leaving they messed up my order 3 times and they never answer the phone that they short staff now for 2 years , worst Panera location ever , and they being so stingy lately I ordered a soup they gave me half cup not even a full and for sandwich I never order white bread they gave it you without asking so it’s a miss all the way , very disappointed and never going back .

Ordered a Fuji apple chicken salad from Panera in Frankfort and chicken replaces with what looks like chicken lunch meat. If they were out of chicken they really should give customer a chance to order something else! I am thoroughly dissatisfied . Attempted to call store and no on answered . Phone rang and rang !

I have been going to this location since I moved to this area in 2008. It used to be great now it's a torture to order anything there. This location keeps getting worse and worse over the uears. Always, Always messing up my orders. The quality of service is not great it's just a complete hot mess of a location. They should just close it.

Im not sure whats going on with Panera. I always order the same. A Mediterranean veggie. Went there last month and they made my sandwhich without tomatoes even though they offered to cut up smaller tomatoes due to being out, there were no tomatoes on it. I called and a manager made it right by offering a sandwhich next time I come in. I go in to get the sandwhich and low and behold they are out of cucumbers which they didnt tell me I had to go up and ask for cucumbers to find out. This veggie sandwhich has 5 ingredients (cucumbers, lettuce, tomato, feta, onion) so when one is missing it makes a difference. I expect better for pricey bakery sandwhiches
