Palermo's

Yet again Palermo's in Frankfort delivered it's best! We used them last year for our wedding and it was beyond amazing so we decided to give them a go again for my son's birthday party and they were perfect this time too! Paul was the absolute best to work with for catering! So easy and stress free giving some good suggestions for a kids birthday party! The staff was so nice and courteous when we paid and picked up and the food...the food was exquisite! For a second time, everyone just raved about the food! The Italian beef, the chicken fingers, even down to the garden and pasta salad were done so well! We even had extra to come home with us! Highly suggest Paul and his crew for any catering you will need!

Overall disappointing. Ordered pizza, breaded zucchini, onion rings. Everything arrived at room temperature. The Pizza was so cool the pepperoni grease had began to coagulate on top. Onion rings were rolled up into a bag. No one wants soggy onion rings, at room temperature, smashed into a ball in a bag. They need to use a small container for fried food.

Palermo’s on 95th (Oak Lawn) has been our favorite pizza for over 30 years (and still is). Recently visiting friends, we picked up carry-out pizza from this tiny “Palermo” storefront in Frankfort. WHAT. A. DISASTER. $102 for 3 large pizzas. Undercooked. Not hot. Not thin. Not crispy. Very few ingredients (except for cheese), and tastes NOTHING like the 95th Street restaurant (different owners). According to online menu, the cost should have been $90 (still too much!). When paying the bill I questioned the price, and the cashier simply replied… “yeah, we’ve raised our prices”. NEVER AGAIN.

Thank you very much for providing fantastic service and great food for our office holiday party. Everyone is still raving about how they loved the food! We definitely will be doing business with Palermo's of 63rd for future catering orders. Jackie was wonderful to work with and helped us put the perfect order together for the amount of people we were serving. Kudos to your staff - they do an excellent job! Thanks again!
