Wish I could give 0 stars. Waited about an hour after placing my order inside. In that time, at 5pm on a Saturday, people were coming in to the restaurant, waiting for over 10 minutes to be attended to, and then being told, "We are closed right now," because there was literally no one to take their order. Closed at 5pm on a Saturday. The lady who was taking orders was helping to make the food, which was helping to cut the wait time from probably 90 minutes for a take out order down to 60 minutes. I could have dined at a proper sit down restaurant quicker than the wait for my food here.

I had a couple of good experiences at this location when I visited it soon after moving to the area 6 months ago, but have tried to visit this location 3 times in the last 2 months and was stunned that they said each time there was someone there at the drove thru but they said they were closed. Most recently they said that there was only 1 person in the store, and another worker would be on break for the next 20 minutes, so they were unable to make any food. In my previous 2 visits, they said they were closed but it sounded more like they were closed for the night rather than temporarily. I tend to be very forgiving and assume that experiences like this are a one off, but won't try to visit the location any longer. Fool me once... I'm not sure whether the real issue is actually a staffing issue, a management issue, but started even wondering of perhaps the location had a health code violation and may not even be able to serve food currently. I didn't investigate that at all and don't want to blindly throw that out there, but given that it seems like other people are having similar experiences, it is suspicious.

I ordered a large doordash pickup. They accepted the order and when it said ready for pickup, i pulled up. The drive thru had a cone in front of it. There were people inside getting served food but the door was locked (this is at 11:45 when it says they close at 1am online) A patron let me in and a female manager came storming in from the parking lot yelling and saying they were closed. They said they never got my order and didn’t have the food when i could clearly see them still making food in the back, and serving food to people still in the store. My girlfriend was waiting in the car, and she said she saw a person in the female managers car with a big door dash bag. Door dash won’t give me my money back because they accepted the order and said that they made it. I’ve been sitting on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for customer service. These people are horrible. They literally stole my doordash order and told me to get lost. This is robbery. And thats the management! The people here are sketchy, almost any time i come here they pretend like they are closed or refuse to take orders, even turning the lights out hours before they are supposed to close, but you can still see all of their cars in the parking lot. If i could give them a zero i would. Definitely taking this up with corporate taco bell when i have the time

Sat at the drive through for a few minutes with no response. Decided to walk in and was told we needed to order off of a kiosk. Rude employees and half of our order was out of stock after it was already paid for. 1 asked us what we’d like to swap it for, but the other items were chosen for us. I would have preferred to get a refund at this point. It’s highly unlikely that we will come back to this location let alone taco bell in general

The single worst T bell location around this neighborhood. First off, no one greeted me at the drive-thru. I had to ask if someone was there. Then after taking my money, I was rudely told "go to the parking lot." Where I sat in my hot car for 16 minutes for my food. There were no other customers after me as I had a perfect line of sight to the door and the drive-thru. Then of course they forgot my hash brown, so I had to let him know and to give me a second one for the inconvenience. They also didnt put any sauce packets and the food was burnt. Never going to this ghetto location again.

They pretend they are closed. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Doesn't matter what time you go. They are always inside but they are always turning people away. If I didn't know any better, I'd think that this location was getting federal funding and run by government workers, because usually only government-run agencies are this poorly managed. They literally don't want you to come here. So don't....

Idk how this place is still open- please do us a favor and either close down, or change your hours of operation. I have come here about 5 times in 2022 with a hankering, to only be reminded that it’s either “out of service” or the lights are on but no one is working. Truly though, I don’t need Taco Bell and it’s only a bad convenient craving, so complaining feels sort of petty but I’m TRULY curious about what’s going on at this location lol.

I had a similar experience with some of these reviews and it just sucks that 80% of the time i show up to that location weather at 5pm, 7pm, 10pm or 12am anytime(when it states it closes at 1am). They pretend they are not at the dirvethrough by either ignoring you and/or keeping the drivethrough lights off and even sometimes yell and say odd things through the drivethrough microphone to make people drive off. This has happen to me more than 10 times at this location at this point. I have limited options of locations at the times i am free to get fast food and i like taco bell a lot but this location makes it hard for me to enjoy there food. The times i do get food at this location they short me or have missing items. By far the worse taco bell location ive been to and i have used many taco bells in multiple states around the country.
