Hardee's

I ordered a Hand- breaded chicken sandwich meal. I waited a while, then finally here comes my meal!! Got it home to eat.... Opened the box and I got a cold grilled chicken sandwich..cold fries and watered down drink.....won't be going back there... I've learned the hard way to ALWAYS check my order before I leave...

I stopped going this particular Hardees years ago because my order was always wrong, the quality was poor and the workers were always rude. The past few months I've been going back and it's so good I go everytime I am on the east side of town. I always use the drive-thru and the young man named Kevin is always extremely pleasant, polite and accommodating!

M so I have to say this is the second time this week that I have showed up to Hardee's and they have been closed early and online it says they're open the first time they let me call in and order and I showed up to get it and they were gone this time they just are closed and it was 10:25 when I've got there and it says they're open until 11:00 so whoever does their website times might want to update it so they can stop having people come there for no reason because I don't appreciate me bringing my children out my husband works he gets off around 11:00 sometimes 12:00 and sometimes me having a three year old and a 7-month-old and being pregnant again I don't want to cook so it would be nice if you could update your times or at least have some courtesy for your customers to let them know that you're not going to stay open like your website says or like your time say. And just want to say this never happened until the manager that was working nights was let go over a dispute with the little girl and that's what she was was a little girl who calls problems and you think that they would have took the manager that they had who was good at his job and made sure that they were always open they never were closed early and they pretty much were on point with their food but since he's been gone they've went to hell
