Extravaganza Pizza & Bar

The service at Bourbon's was absolutely amazing. The waitress was pleasant and checked in on us frequently but not too the extent that it was overbearing. A staff member of heard that we had tipped over a glass full of water and immediately came out to help us wipe the mess. He gave us new napkins and silverware that got wet. We enjoyed most of the food that we got. We ordered some shareables for the table. We didn't really like the peppadew peppers though which tasted too much of just ricotta and cream cheese. The truffle fries had A LOT of truffle flavor. If you love truffles, that dish is great. Some might think it's too much truffle flavor, but to each their own. We enjoyed everything else. The food came out really quickly too. Overall, we loved it and service really made the whole experience a five star experience. Would come again!

This place really shined for being in such a small location. It's atmosphere and vibe was reminiscent of a speakeasy with the decor and lighting. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall I'm incredibly happy with the cocktails and food. Unfortunately the only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the pork in the Cuban sandwich was just too salty. I really tried to finish it but I ended up only eating half. It's my favorite sandwich and I had high hopes for it. I'm sure it was just an off day for the kitchen. I'd love to go back and try it again, though! Everything else was high quality, no complaints at all. I'll still recommend this cool spot without a doubt. Thank you for such a nice experience!

I went on a friday night at 8pm. This place is very busy...which I take as a good sign. Love the vibe of this place. It's a bit pubby and a bit trendy. Waited about an hour to sit since they do not take reservations. Started off with the dirty bird for two. Drink was delicious. Once seated my friends and I got more drinks. Once again, all drinks were fabulous. We ordered nachos as an app. The chips were thick, crunch, and perfectly salty. All the toppings were fresh. I am taking one star off for my main meal. The veggie burger with the fries was mediocre. Maybe if they substituted the veggie burger for an impossible burger it would be better. The fries were very dry. My friend got the truffle fries and those were delicious. Def recommend substituting for truffle fries. Next time I am going to try the cauliflower tacos. Overall it was a great experiences and a good time.

What really makes or breaks for a great dinner is the service, and Bourbon's Kitchen & Cocktails had great service! It was my first time going there with a group of friends. We were greeted and seated very quickly. The host was very nice and asked us if we've been to the place before, and he was enthusiastic to give a quick rundown. Our waitress was very friendly, and recommended on what to order and thank God we listened to her because her recommendations were not wrong. Onto the food and drink: Large Format Dirty Bird cocktail: only had a sip because I can't drink much, tasted like a nice mix drink, presentation was very nice! Buffalo Cauliflower: Very addiciting, covered in sauce but wasn't soggy at all, still retained a bit of crunch for the batter. It was addicting to the point where I ordered a second order Empanadas: Tasted like it had meat in them, but it was just very savory vegetables that made it taste like meat not a bad thing, it was alright Crispy Brussels: Very crispy and charred, I could eat it with a steak and it would be perfect. Would've ordered this one again Potato spring rolls: It was good, crispy egg roll with a nice savory filling that just worked. I wanted more if I didn't order more cauliflower Truffle Tots: Too much truffle for me, as in it was kinda overpowering but that's truffle for ya. Peppadew Poppers: peppadew and the honey worked, the goat cheese was a little bit too much for me, not a big fan but I can see it working for other people Food was good for the most part, but it was the service that made this place earn 5 stars from me

Great atmosphere. Kind and helpful staff. Amazing food, definitely worth trying if you're in the area. On our visit all the dishes and silverware smelled fishy, that gross smell you get from an unclean dishwasher or one that has bacteria/mildew. It was very off-putting. But the amazing food definitely made up for it. Hope they sort out the dishwasher situation. Drinks were alright, nothing crazy in my opinion.
