I ordered for Thanksgiving and was given thawed food that was watery and disgusting. So our Thanksgiving dinner sucked. I returned some of the food the next day to show what we had received (the rest was brought back few days later as I realized that we did not have the accompaniments that we paid for). The manager had anticipated that this will be happening because the catering food was sent frozen to all locations. The manager could not refund me and was going to take it up to upper level management for refund. I have yet to hear from anyone. Boston Market is extremely irresponsive. Not only the food was bad, they double charged me. Since I have not heard from anyone after making several trips to the Framingham, Ma Boston Market location, I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company for the two matters on December 20, after over three weeks. FYI: I had contacted my credit card company earlier however they said to not dispute yet as they, legally, have 15 days to issue refunds. DO NOT ORDER FOR CATERING!

Absolutely awful! The gentleman behind the counter was ornery and the food was terrible. The meatloaf had the consistency of a glue stick, but with less flavor. The gravy was merely brown oil without any discernable taste. The stuffing tasted fishy. The mashed potatoes were the only edible dish, and they appeared to be made from dried, reconstituted potatoes.
They had no ice for the fountain drinks (and didn't even bother to inform us of that until after our food order was assembled). So we got to wash Boston Market's glop down with warm soda.
The dining room was dated, disorganized, and filthy! Tables were strewn about without chairs and the walls were all stained. The restrooms were even worse. The urinal in the men's room was out of order and covered with plastic and the restroom was dirty. My wife informed me the women's room was filthy and did not have any toilet paper.
I can't think of any redeeming feature of our visit, except there was no line because there were barely any customers. Looking at the Google reviews, it is obvious there are serious problems at the restaurant, and no one has taken any action to fix them. Naturally, I have no plans to return.

Just ordered a chix for lunch and after the girl put the chix on the plate, The tongs fell on the floor, She picked them up and put them back on the counter and served the next customer with the same tongs. I tryed to say something but they barley understood English. I have frequently come to this location and will never return again. Someone will Definitely get sick here.

There were mice running through the dining area. The service was and always is terribly slow. Management really need to staff this place better

Be careful of the market bowls here, there are always shards of cartilage and bone. I should know better by now. I do not have the same experience at other locations.

Service was just horrible… absolutely the rudest workers. Openly annoyed when I told them we were using out T-mobile coupon and pretty much threw the receipt at us afterwards. Amazed people that act like this can actually keep a job that deals with customers… management to blame. Pretty sure we’ll never come back.
