Wendy's

Ordered a burger, drove up to the window to pay, and the girl is just standing there. No greeting, and doesn’t even tell me what I owe. I paid her in cash, then waited about 30 seconds for my change. Not even a “thank you”. Opened my burger that looked like it was put together by a blind man, only to find out the bottom bun was stale as hell… hard as a rock! You mean to tell me that whom ever made this burger didn’t notice this?

Look, I love Wendys, corporate Wendy's knows how to sell food..put Bacon on everything. I had a Bourbon Baconator, it looked just like the picture on the menu board, the Bourbon Sauce was cloyingly sweet. I like the Fries at Wendy's...these were cold and worse yet, Zero Salt! This store needs to up its game.

EDITED TO ADD AND RE-RATE: Well. Since I wrote my initial 5-star review many months ago, I have twice been shorted in my order, most recently yesterday. They shorted me an order of nuggets as part of the "4 for $4" promotion inside a $12 order. Not a giant order, not tiny. I called to let them know. I'm not turning around my car to fetch a buck's worth of nuggets. Regardless of the cleanliness of the store or the temperature of the food, or the friendliness of the staff, if you don't actually put the food in the bag effectively robbing me, you earn a 1 star review. They get one more chance with me to pay attention. There's another Wendy's 3 miles down the same road. Initial review follows. --------------- This is a newer Wendy's. They are clean fresh and hot. Well, their food is clean fresh and hot. The staff is quite professional and always gets my order right on the first try. One of the better Wendy's around for sure.

The service here is amazing! I have never been to a Wendy’s with such good service. I had to look back to make sure I wasn’t at chick fil a because it was on that level. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It could’ve had a better ratio of chicken to breading, but it was a delicious and satisfying meal. Thanks Wendy’s!

Normally I have very low expectations when I go to the drive through however yesterday, was one of the best experiences I have ever experienced. It seemed to be very busy but the girl taking the order was so composed. She made sure my order was right and expedited everything with a smile and wished me a great day!( I have been to this location before and the other staff never seems to care very much) Stephanie made the experience better and I look forward to coming back for another 4 for 4!
