IGNORE THE REVIEW BELOW! I have been going to this subway for years now, the employees are always friendly and create great conversations with you, store is always clean and when I go in and order they always get my order right. Ashley Speidel it’s people like you in the world who cause businesses to be short staffed because people don’t want to deal with you. If you have a problem with a 30 dollar order get off your couch and stop being lazy go into the store and order yourself it cost way more to get it delivered, and maybe next time it won’t be messed up because you’ll be there to watch it, I hope you lost some sleep those few nights because an employee made a small mistake and the glove that made YOUR SUB and TOUCHED all the food was in your bag, I hope you get some help in your life and hopefully you have a job because it’s people like you who are ruining this world today

I’m writing this review as a customer of the Frackville Subway for two years. I’d like to let everyone know that Ashley Speidel is the biggest Karen I’ve seen so far. Within the past few months I had the pleasure of speaking with the new manager along with his workers. They have been doing an excellent job in all the areas of customer service and have consistent improvement. Please do not let comments like these prevent you from visiting your local subway. P.S. I have already reported the review due to fact it gives personal information.

I Came in this morning around 10 to order subs for me and my family. I walked in and the store looked very nice and clean. The man who was working was Cody. He was very polite and wasn’t just making our subs he was very interactive with us. My daughter is 4 and is very shy and he did a very nice job of making her feel comfortable ordering her sub. All 4 of the subs he made looked and tasted amazing. Highly recommend this subway for families!

Everytime I come in here when the red hair girl and brown hair girl are working together, they are very rude. They always look at each other and whisper and laugh when I place my order. Also when I tell them I want a little of something they put way more than a little, or if I ask for more of something they put less. They don't seem like very nice girls. Shouldn't have people working there that treat there customers like that.

The food tasted like subway food normally does, so that's a win. However, the bathroom was absolutely shocking, and the employees were mean and seemed angry. I really can't stress enough how gross the bathroom was, and the open door to such filth that close to food prep just seems...wrong. I stopped here on a road trip to see family. I'll be sure not to stop again next time I'm out that way.
