Dunkin'

Doesn't close until 8pm Pulled up at the window to order and have them say they're not taking orders now. I could understand if there's tech issues but at least explain that so it doesn't seem like you just don't want to assist. Mcdonalds down the road had computer issues recently and at least explained that at the window instead of just "were not taking orders right now."

Worst experience here this morning. They got my order wrong at the speaker and again at the window. Due to there mess ups as I was driving away from the window the cashier rudely states next time come in. After failing to give me my receipt. The woman staff were screaming in the background. Ill never go back to this location with how rude the staff was and ill never recommend anyone to go there.

I've tried for months to give this dunkin a chance to pull it together...hasn't happened. Service is extremely slow, store is usually a mess. Orders are often made wrong, coffee is often extremely bitter or watered down. Today I ordered a cold brew French vanilla with regular cream and sugar (3/3) and I got a plain cold brew with one milk and one sugar. And it still tastes like water. Barely even put any ice in it either. This dunkin is definitely watering down their cold brew. I have given up on this one. Edit: went to the dunkin 2 intersections north on route 1 which was much busier and was served faster and the coffee was made to order and tastes excellent as always at that location. My business will gladly be going here which I know is not owned by the same owner which owns locations at 16 Washington st foxboro, 127 Main st foxboro, and 134 Main st Norfolk

Wow I was going to make a post about how they forgot my cream cheese and reminded me why I never go here….. then I saw this from 3 years ago. They always forget something . The girl making the bagels is rude and rushes you but then always forgets something. Today I have 2 burnt bagels and no cream cheese! As close as it is to home I’d rather drive 5 more minutes to the next dunks.

I went to my local DD (dunkan dough nuts) and went into the establishment. Before my very eyes was my man, Don Cheadle. I was impressed that he worked there, and his muscular body astonished me so. Anyways, putting how hot the Cheadle was aside, I ordered my daily dunkachino. It was the best one i've ever had due to the fact that my man Don Cheadle with his muscles made it. Best coffee i've ever had, would recommend going during Don Cheadle's work hours.
