Wendy's

When ever I do eat fast food, which is rare, I go to this specific Wendy's in Fowlerville. I always order a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, the bun is always super soft & the burger is always hot fresh from the grill with the perfect amount of mayo & the lettuce and tomato is always cold & crisp, this time it was not. The tomato was old, the lettuce...what lettuce & there was very little mayo, the burger was just above room temp, the bun meh.... So yeah, I'm disappointed in you Fowlerville Wendy's, you're better than this! ☹️

I came in thinking I was going to get a Dave's Double, but changed my mind when I saw the avacado BLT chicken sandwich on the board. I also asked to have my fried "well done" After ordering I made a custom drink on the Coke machine and grabbed a cup lid to put ketchup on. The ketchup dispenser shot ketchup straight out and onto my shirt as the end redirect plug was gone. Took me a minute to sort of clean my shirt and the mess. Not happy. Set my stuff on my table and went to get my sandwich and fries and mentioned the ketchup issue to the order taker. "somebody probably stole it, ha ha" not the response I was expecting or hoping for. "Oh, that's terrible I am so sorry, I'll get someone to fix that immediately" was more what I'd hoped for, but that didn't happen. Sat down and ate my sandwich. No avacado, just guac. Chicken was grilled, flat, kind of disappointing, I probably should have opted for a fried version. The fries however were well done, very hot and the high point of my visit. Other customers were making orders when I cleared my tray. Nothing was being done with the ketchup dispenser. Took a photo and decided not to announce a warning to my fellow patrons. Maybe more complaints by other customers would be more effective. Another Wendy's I will now be avoiding. Both Wendy's and BK seem to have this problem where poor training is making a big difference to my experience. Taco Bell, McDonald's or even Checkers dont seem to have this problem. I'll have to wait a while for that next Dave's Double. Arby's make a pretty good spicy chicken sandwich.
