Had to wait in a parking space for my order even though I ordered in that app. I'm not complaining about this because keeping the people behind me waiting would not be good, so I think they did the right thing here. The food was not quite made the way it should have been, but it was okay. My main complaint would be that I ordered 20 hot sauce and they provided me with none. This seems to be a reoccurring problem across many Taco Bell locations. Laziness? Incompetence? Lack of attention to detail? Whatever it is, it should be addressed, company wide, as it shows a lack of customer care.
Food was good , very slow to take my order and receive my order, but because of lack of employees only three working, The employees are working very hard to try to keep up. lobby was full people some were leaving, drive through was full and obviously the drive-through was put first before lobby but other than that okay experience.
most people put bad reviews because they have no idea how fast food is made or how a store runs. food isnt bad you get what you pay for, some people are slow but not everyone is gonna work the same. its a nice store when the correct people are here
This is a slightly better than average Taco Bell. (Please don't take that as an insult)
Taco Bell lately has been getting a bad reputation for ignoring customers and messing up a bunch of orders. But this one is actually my preferred location. They know their stuff and they pay more attention to customers walking in. They seem to have a bit more social skills than the Mesa Ridge location and the building still has a cozy feel to it as opposed to the Mesa Ridge building that looks like they ripped the design out of a NY office breakroom.
Honestly wasn’t to bad ! This is my go to Taco Bell since the one closer to home sucks so I’m always pleasantly surprised at the good service and quality. We were the first in line and the lady helping us was really kind and helped us while ordering for the whole family. They were out of Baja Blast and the cinnamon twists, the latter of which we weren’t told until we got to the window which was a bummer, and the food took a while to come out but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Food is what you expect for a Taco Bell (the way my quesadilla was cut was interesting to say the least) so nothing astounding there but it’s a safe, cheap, and pretty quick option especially for the late night food runs.
This place is Usually pretty busy during dinner time if you can order ahead I would recommend it. Food is hot & good.
Taco Bell can be pretty hit-and-miss but this one seems fairly consistent. They've only ever had to replace one order and it was just one item left out of the bag. The people that work there are always super friendly and pretty fast so whoever keeps draining the crew is doing a good job.
These are good people.
They're humans too, just like you and me.
