This location was very clean. I came around 1pm during the lunch rush. The staff members were super friendly and very accommodating to a group of folks with Down syndrome.
My food was prepared quickly and exactly how I ordered it.
The drink station was stocked with lids and straws and the area was very clean.
Tables were all clean as well.
I have been to many Carl’s Jr.’s owned by OC Burger Boys, LLC and this is the best of their locations hands down.
I would definitely return to enjoy a meal!
This is the best Carl's Jr around. After COVID-19 most Carl's Jr didn't really come back. I happened to stop at this one because I was going to Sam's Club and the food was the best. Tried again today and they were consistent. This one is worth driving out of your way for. Attentive employees (shout out to Anthony) and great food!

I’ve been to multiple Carl’s Jr.’s and this one is possibly my favorite to go due to the fact that the staff is always very friendly to everyone whenever I’m there, their burgers are always fresh and hot & also the cleanliness of the restaurant. Whoever is running the place is doing a great job! Keep it up guys!
Ok, WOW! I recently went to this Carl’s Jr. and let me just say it was the best fast food experience ever. The food was absolutely amazing and the customer service was amazing. There was one specific worker that caught my attention.. her name was Amelia. She was very very helpful and brought me out my food quickly. Also the manager was very lovely, would definitely want to work there with him (pls hire me, i need money)
Many Carls Jr locations have gone down hill in quality and product, but this location is always good! I stopped going the the one by my house, but when Im in Fountain Valley I like to grab a burger here. Always fresh and tasty. Friendly service and clean.

had the best experience of my life , best western wit the tastiest bacon and sauce, obviously everything was made with love, can’t forget to mention the service, a young polite woman named amiela brought out my ranch and whole meal to me wit the happiest and most contagious smile ever, wonderful environment and clean trays and seats, 12/10 experience a much recommended spot if your goin to mile square with the family
