BEST sushi place in NorCal!!!! I've been living in the midwest for a couple years & seriously missed Kome. Had it tonight while here visiting & ate soooo much amazing food. Great food! Great friendly staff & always leave full & satisfied

Been going here for years and always delicious. Some rolls have cooked fish (or shrimp or crab) if you don’t do raw. And if you aren't keen on fish, the chicken katsu is the best I've ever had. And of course there is
Current ownership cranks out the food really fast. In fact, next time you think about grabbing sushi at Safeway, glance over at Kome; if they're open and parking lot not full, go there instead. It's about the same price, only a couple minutes longer, and 100X better.
Poke bowl tip. They don't make poke bowls, per se, but if you order the butsu giri over rice, you've got yourself a delicious poke bowl. (Butsu giri is on the standing specials list so you won't see it on their online menu.)

What a very lovely surprise! Upon walking in I was so taken aback by how BEAUTIFUL it is inside!!! The decor is just gorgeous!! The waitress was sweet, and when I ordered a shirley temple, the cup and so tall!! Talk about generous!
I got the dragon roll and it was delicious. Perfectly crunchy with some sweetness. I'm not sure if I was just special, but my soy sauce was warm, which made the sushi so much yummier!

Nice little restaurant with attentive staff. The sushi was more affordable than other places... but not as good. Ingredients seemed less fresh and the tempura was a little weird.

Update: I had my birthday dinner here and they let me bring a cake in. The food is wonderful, as always. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Even when my nephew dropped his fork, she brought a new one right away with a smile.
Original post: 3 people with a pepsi and 2 rolls each was $90 before tip. I got a teriyaki chicken roll and the vegetable roll. I really enjoyed them. Especially since I don't eat fish or shellfish, I appreciate their other offerings.
