Papa Johns Pizza

First time ordering Papa John's pizza and it was DELICIOUS!! Not only that the entire ordering process was a breeze! Ordered online pick up, they let me know order was ready and when I went to pick up the order the cashier washed their hands before touching my pizza box and handed it to me WITH THEIR MASK ON!! GREAT SERVICE AND DELICIOUS PIZZA!!

I ordered from this store during an anime convention when I’m sure they were overloaded & they were very timely. I went to order pizza tonight (an hour before close) through the app and totally forgot to update my address since I don’t typically order from a hotel, making the poor driver take my order to the same hotel I’d stayed at when I ordered last. I just want to say that Sandy was so kind to me when I didn’t deserve it, she was out past close and still was offering to bring my pizza out to me if I was nearby. I wish I could just send her a tip for her time. Excellent customer service.

Employee here at papa johns not totally our fault that pizza goes out late although some is due to human error. Corporate maintains a policy that restricts the amount off employees we have on the clock to the bare minimum. Lunch and dinner rush often hits us like a semitruck so orders often go late or end up incorrect. Again we are not totally without blame but it would be much easier if we had an extra driver to compensate for busy hours.
