Waited in line at this McDonalds for 25 minutes. For a solid 15 minutes, the line didn’t move. Then got ice cream cones, McFlurries and fries. By the time we got to the window, the cones had melted but rather than remaking them, they just dumped them in a cup. The fries were also cold. Worst McDonalds visit EVER, but hey, the McFlurries were good. I’ll give them that 🤦🏻♀️

My dad works for uber eats, last time he went to pick up an order he asked the employee if the order was correct because it seemed like a lot of the customers had wrong orders/missing items and he assured him that it was completely correct….WHY DID THEY ONLY GIVE HALF OF THE ITEMS IN THAT ORDER?? Horrible service at night. Triple check your orders!

ordered a sausage egg "and cheese" biscuit, got no cheese.
The order taker confirmed my order, and after paying and getting my food I noticed no cheese. It wasn't even listed on the receipt so I couldn't even have it replaced.
What I don't understand though is, the guy taking my order confirmed it having cheese. so what even?

The manager at this McDonald's at North Main and 28th Street Fort Worth Texas is the worst manager ever can't even pull an order three days in a row now she has shorted my order and she being a manager should not have those mistakes they need to get rid of her

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! The management was terrible! Our order was messed up and the manager called us “liars” and when we tried to deescalate the problem by just paying for something new they told us we would have to get out of line and get back in! Never again. Take your business to another location
