Jack In The Box

OMG, I've written a lot of these reviews. I just realized that I got the locations wrong. I had just left the Jack in the Box, off of Loop 820. That's where I received no service in the drive thru. I had sat there for 7-8 minutes after they asked me to hold. And I drove off after they never came back to take my order. I was taking a rider home towards the Jack in the Box near Seminary South location. They were still craving Jack in the Box. I really didn't want to stop after the previous one 20 minutes prior. But, I stopped, and received very good service. Didn't have to wait long for them to take my order at the drive thru. The food was made to order and was hot and fresh. I didn't realize that I wrote the negative review for the wrong store until I got an email from the Seminary location. I've been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, and I do apologize for the mixed up of the 2 locations. Please reach out to me again. Thanks, Kevin W

This JITB is just fine. Nothing remarkable about it. Service is hit or miss depending on what time and day of the week you go. The younger woman taking drive-thru orders always rushes you so beware and don't feel like you did anything wrong. That's just her attitude. Food is cooked well, just the quality of food has deteriorated, but that's the fault of the company not the employees or location. Eating inside is great because there's rarely anyone dining in so it's nice and quiet. Overall, not a bad location. Honestly it's one of the better ones. Would recommend for a quick bite to satiate hunger, but not if you're looking for something delicious.

I come to this Jack in the box at least twice a week. The food is always right and fast. The reason I come to this location is Scott The owner. He makes the experience so personal and always exceeds customer service. He is the very definition of passion for what you do. I will always give him my business very opportunity I get.
