Papa Johns Pizza

The employees were really nice and helpful. Had problems with the app.and the lady there went ahead and put the order in for me. The pizza actually had pepperoni on each slice the way a pizza should be made, not just 2 or 3 pieces per slice. The place was really clean 👌 The cleanest I've seen, and they seemed to be pretty busy.

I ordered a NY Style Pepperoni pizza extra cheese and received a pizza with ONLY cheese. The reason I'm giving 5 stars though is when I called and talked to the manager he replaced it and was very professional. I may have ordered it incorrectly, not really sure. But it didn't matter to him. He fixed it either way!

As always Papa John's has excellent pizza and whatever side you might want. if you want dr. Pepper Coke or Pepsi Sprite they got them. management is great. customer service is excellent. bathrooms are spotless. excellent facilities. my pizza was ready before they quoted which is always a plus in my book. If you're looking for great pizza in the DFW area Papa John's has a way to go they've got everybody beat hands down.

I'm not giving the 5 stars due to prolonged delivery times in excess of 2 hours. First off, the cooks at this location are the best. This location really knows how to make a great pizza. However, if you order delivery, you can wait in excess of 90 minutes for a pizza. On multiple occasions, if not all the times I have ordered, they have failed to deliver my pizza in a reasonable amount of time. Funny thing is, I am a mystery shopper and have done several mystery shops for this location on Alta Mere. Even though mystery shopping reimburses me for photos and a short survey, it is very fustrating to have to wait 90-120 minutes for you to recirec a pizza. I have called the location the last time my pizza was late and they mailed me an apilapo postcard and said they could do better and gave me a promo code for a free pizza. Funny thing however was that after waiting for well over an hour and a half for delivery, I called the location and they said it was ready and hadn't left the store yet. They told me if I picked up the pizza I could have it for free. I told them the pizza already was free, because they took forever on my previous order to deliver, and then went to the location and picked it up myself. I always tip $6+change on every delivery, but sometimes I don't think they deserve a tip at all as late as they deliver. Rant over.
