We love Potbelly Sandwiches! The bread is always fresh, service is good and the sandwiches are super tasty. We’ve visited multiple locations throughout the metroplex and they are all consistently good.

First time at potbelly I ordered Chicken-club and my wife got Mediterranean-veg sandwiches both were awesome.. loved them over Jersey Mikes!
Good selection of sandwiches to choose from. Customizable. Can double meats if desired. Bread is crispy. Decent sides. Online ordering is easy.
Ordering for a group. Staff were wonderful to work with, and phone ordering was a breeze. There was a slight problem with my order and they made it right tenfold! I would do it again next time we have to cater something.
UPDATE: So big mouth was there and man was she quiet this time. I took my husband and he loves it. He even went back without me! I added a star today and I’ll add more if they keep u the good work.

I love Avocado. Sliced. Only sub place that offers it. Good customer service, and the drive through is awfully convenient. This location makes the best subs (not like some other locations with half the ingredients falling out). My son gives a high rating to the milkshakes, too.
First time at potbelly and wasn't expecting much, especially from such a small shopping strip place but damn it was a good sammich. Got the pizza melt and it had plenty of meat and tasted great!
