Taco Bell

Normally, Taco Bell can be hit or miss depending on the environment/Location. But the reason I’m doing 5-Stars is because my wife was having a bad day, we stopped at TB got 2 Hard Chalupas and my wife was upset in the car and an employee noticed my wife wasn’t eating. The employee asked us if she made the food correctly in which I responded that my wife was upset about her rock hard chalupa. The very nice and sincere employee apologized and made the chalupa Fresh and even threw in an extra one for the troubles. God Bless that Beautiful Soul and those ladies all working there, they get slammed in Drive thru, but everytime I pass by, they ALWAYS maintain their smile, their professionalism, and they do their very best to try and accommodate BOTH Drive thru and Lobby at the same time with the little amount of employees they have…God Bless them and Thank you so much you ladies for the awesome work you put in on a daily. 🙏🏽

I don't put in reviews often, but after reading the negative ones I thought I should share my experiences at this location. I have never had a bad experience, this is the best taco bell I have been to in multiple states and my family agrees. The people are friendly and the drive thru is quick, I had a slower experience one day but didn't think anything of it, as my old location took at least 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and this location was apologetic about my 15 minute wait. I did have one experience late night where they were out of many items, but the drive thru person was friendly and patient while I tried to refigure out my family's order. The food here has always been hot, they have never gotten my order wrong and they don't drown your food in sauces and I have never had a pool of grease in my tacos at this location. My family and I have been to this location many times, at different times of day, with no issues, we all recommend this location.

I went through the drive threw with some friends tonight, we were served by a lady named Tiffany, she was the sweetest most kindhearted women I’ve ever met and told me she made sure everything was perfect for our food! My only complaint is my recite didn’t come with a survey code to tell y’all how amazing she was!!

Go to this one even if the new one by Presidio is closer! They are so friendly every time. I used to work nearby and they always got everything right and were so nice. The one by Presidio is awful. Expect for your order to be completely, wildly wrong every time, lol. Instead of giving them a bad review I thought I’d make it positive and say that this location is great!

Its menu is normal "Mexican" inspired food. Nothing special, but I do appreciate the young man who actually took my order instead of wanting to show me how to order for myself on the new kiosk. Two other locations didn't want me to order at the counter and the one on 121 and Harwood in H.E.B. was noticeably annoyed they needed to "teach an old guy how to do it himself." If I wanted to touch a screen, I don't need a child to get huffy and show me how to do her job. This locations young man, simply asked how I could help you. I ordered my meal, paid him, and received the request in a few minutes. Please do not give up on personal service.
