Taco Bell

Big fat burrito, just like I ordered. I sure miss the spicy green sauce. And they offer a combination burrito (beef and bean) anymore. I used to order "a spicy combination burrito", it was easy and just what I wanted. Now, I have to order a bean burrito with beef and there is no spicy sauce option.

Jennifer had been at work since 8 am still at work at 11 pm on a busy Saturday nite She was exceptionally polite, respectful and overworked. She was positive, however, I could see they were understaffed and I stated, thank you for working so late at nite. She said I arrived at 8 am! She would have never shared this , had I not asked. This Taco Bell on Oakland is so much better than the Eastchase and Meadowbrook locations, possibly due to Jennifer’s leadership. Jennifer should be a valued employee by Taco Bell. We value her and thank her for her consistent and respectful demeanor

I have always stopped in to this one because it is so close to my home, who ever hired that manager Jennifer thank you not only did she go the distance to make sure my visit was perfect she made sure to thank me for visiting there Oakland location. Normally it's a wait and someone saying is that it pull up just rude but this young lady repeated my order asked if I wanted cinnamon twist and asked if my order was correct on her screen that service she gave bravo to who ever hired that one. On point made me put my faith in that store once again.. great job.
