Subway

The service is still slow but today I watched Shanee' the manager handle the whole line herself. She was friendly and efficient despite being the only person working the busy lunch As I was eating and the store was basically empty her employee finally showed up...he cussed in front of the customers. He was a kid with messy hair and a bad attitude. This location historically has had staffing issues. Owner please pay your people like Shanee' more. I would get rid of sloppy hair boy

I placed my order online, and knew it wouldn't be ready by the time I got there, when I went in no one was there and the ladies were already working on my order and that made me happy. They were friendly and quick. The sandwiches were amazing and they got everything right. Will be back for lunch more often.

Let’s be honest, I frequent this subway a lot. So much that the ladies there know my order. The first time I stopped by the guy that made my sandwich was the first person to ever give me light lettuce. From there on, every sandwich has been perfect. I’m that weirdo that likes tuna. Everytime I have gone in to this store, in particular, the tuna has always been fresh. I’ve never been to another subway where I know without a doubt when I walk in the tuna is going to look fresh.

Update: They turned things around, they got rid of the bad apples. They are friendly polite and the place was spotless clean. I appreciate when reviews are used as feedback to improve. I'll come back for sure! I have been in funeral homes with a more positive vibe than this place. Staff looked miserable, as if they were forced to be there. The place was dirty, floors, the glass where they keep the meats and vegetables. The place says "sad" all over. Also, super super slow. There were 3 people behind the counter and only one person making sandwiches.

You know what you get when you want Subway, with that said the process/experience will really come down to the employee preparing your food. Most of the time this location has friendly staff that expedite your orders thoroughly, serving hefty portions of your order. Keep in mind Subways take longer when multiple people are in line to order. General experiences here have been overall positive, you'll get sometimes that rude/unprofessional employee, still this subway is better than most other locations.
